Good Hotel But Far From Center And Not Five Star
. Good hotel. Very expensive for the quality during weekdays. More reasonable during weekends. . Friendly helpful staff specially the manager and bellboy Internet reception was weak/non-existent in my first room. Switched to a room in another floor. Better but still not great.
. Not near the any of the tourist things (city center, Grand Place, Centeral Train Station . Had to take the metro to go anywhere or do anything. . Weak internet signal. . Breakfast not worth the price.

The room facilities and the staff who were really fast and professional.
The cleanliness was poor, I found a piece of glass on the floor and in the bath!!! The vaccumming was not really good either.

good location, easy access to highways
in the last 18 months the staff (restaurant and room ) has deteriorated to the point that they do not either speak or understand anything other than french.

I appreciated the fact that most of the staff are multilingual. Moreover, the staff was always very helpful, either with information or in handling any request for additional service, which were dealt with promptly and without additional charges.
