Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Many also highlighted the helpful and friendly staff, with some receiving thoughtful gestures such as early check-in or special room upgrades. However, several guests were disappointed by ongoing construction, frequent noise disturbances from both renovations and nearby nightlife, and issues with the elevators. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but not outstanding. Overall, the location and service stood out as positives, while noise and construction detracted from the experience.
