Unfortunately, the only thing we did like was the bed and the pillows.
The shower/bathtub was not very useful for anything but taking a bath - not enough pressure to have a shower. The interior was a bit gaudy. The wireless connection was also so poor that it was nearly useless.
Bad breakfast food and little choice.
The staff was very kind and it was close to my workplace.
There was no heating because of reconstruction.

I had to pay in advance
The room was clean. The hotel staff did call our taxi as requested.
The hotel staff did not speak English or German or Spanish or Dutch. They spoke Indian which made it very difficult to communicate basic requests. Location was very far from center of Brussels, although there was good public transportation
Having come from India, given our preference for vegetarian Indian food, the daily dinner after a tiring day was most welcome
Cupboard doors are coming apart, heaters seem to be put on / off under management control, no attached toilet ( we knew this before we booked ), TV remote did not work, breakfast too boring, OK for 1-2 days stay at best
It was very useful to have an Indian restuarant in the same building - I could just book in to the room and go down for dinner. Very friendly staff. Although I didn't have a toilet in the room for a one night stay that wasn't a problem. The price was very reasonable.
There could have been a larger sign showing the name of the hotel as it was a bit hard to see from the road. Probably better to stress the Indian restaurant as that name stood out.
Lack of en-suite wc facilities in room - only shared wc on main staircase landing. Also room was very dusty
