Western Europe is one of the great cultural areas of the world and most folks visit the big countries but miss the beauty of the smaller countries like Belgium. Belgium is a crossroads for German, French, and English culture. There is also lots of local flavor as well including the Flemish and Dutch influences. The city of Brussels is where all of this comes together. It is one of Europe’s great cultural centers and it worth exploring for tourists interested in great history. Staying in the middle of Brussels means booking a room at the Novotel Brussels City Centre.

Dining in Brussels is a treat as well. There is so much more to Belgian cuisine than waffles. Just stepping outside of the hotel will get you to some excellent restaurants, but if you choose to stay at the hotel to dine, you have excellent choices as well. The hotel’s restaurant offers some excellent Belgian fare along with other standard cuisine from the continent as well. Room service is a great way to avoid the crowd and get a great meal in comfort.
