The big room and the kitchen. There was plenty of space in our room
The elevator didn't work in two days, so we had to carry our luggage by the stairs to the fourth floor
The aparment was wonderful, it was modern and clean to a cheap price. It was situated about 10 minutes from the Metro and 5 minutes from the hotel which was very central. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped you eagerly if you needed anything. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much, we could definetely think of coming back here again!
The breakfast was a bit simplistic and the worker that helped us to check in was not well informed about what to do. But it was his first day and everyone has first days!
The rooms were very spacious
The appartment was not at the hotel. I had to drive to another street. Furtermore, I made a reservation for a parking place, but they forgot about this. I had to park somewhere else, but I couldn't find this. After going back to the hotel, I finally found my appartment and parked in a public parking place. It took me almost one hour to come there. The staff was friendly, but really inexperienced and it seemed that she didn't know what she was doing. There was no iron in my room. After three hours the staff brought one, but it didn't work. I will never ever go to this hotel/appartment again.
The staff bent-over-backwards to see to everything we had questions about, or minor problems. We left a bag behind and they were great about getting it back to us, including giving US a gift! Will stay here again. Good breakfast, and friendly help.
Carpet in bedroom and couch in living room should be replaced. They were stained and well worn. A little noisy from Brussels life, i.e. horns, sirens. Maybe ask for a room or unit facing interior.
very large room, cleaning, good neighborhood, acceptable breakfast, good value for the price paid
we stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator didn’t work properly all the time and the stairs were very narrow
