No frills accommodations in a central neighborhood
Location is great; close access to major neighborhoods. Area surrounding the hotel is nice. Good value.
There was nothing bad - just a few small touches that fell short when compared with other places I’ve stayed. The decor was a bit dated throughout the building. We got twin beds even though we were a couple. Our toilet clogged the second time we used it. The furniture was padded with carpet cutouts beneath on the hardwood floor but it looked just a little unkempt. The toiletries weren’t the nicest quality and the hair dryer was cheap and ended up singeing my hair. These are small things and not huge in the grand scheme of things, but enough to make me reconsider booking for next time.
Staff was excellent...very helpful and friendly!
It was clean
No ironing board and poor soundproofing
good value - location and facilities - hotel is fairly new and rooms are nice
Staff were very helpful and gave great advice. Hotel had a great location for much of what we wanted to do, was clean and quiet and overall I felt it gave great value for money.
Breakfast was somewhat repetitive and whether hot or cool air is available is decided centrally which makes it a bit difficult if (like us) you want cool air even though the temperature outside is on the cool side.
