The hotel was very well located and reasonably priced and staff were pleasant. Wifi was accessible in my room, unlike some of the other reviews that I read for this hotel.
Reception area was small and crowded and the rooms were a little dark and dated. The window, which looked out to the back of the building couldn't be opened due to the extremely loud fans and airconditioning units directly outside. Very very slow lift was a bit frustrating.
The location is fantastic.
Staff not being very helpful, limited English, always pretending to be busy when you approach the reception desk counting dockets etc. Issue with wi-fi, it was advertised as being free, but it was not available, only upon presenting print-out of the booking letter, free access was given, apparently they've changed the system and charging $5 per day - it was more matter of the principle than the cost
I asked for an upgrade and got it - no extra charges added :-D
Location, location, location
The fact that the lift has a limitation of 300 kgs capacity
Respect the command (double room is not twin!), employers must learn to say Hello and Welcome their host, too much noise (elevator), breakfast doesn't match with the 3 stars, a room where you can't draw the curtains nor opened the window, the toilett doesn't work well.
I was there for one night only before leaving Argentina. Very good position close to city centre (Microcentro). Rooms are clean. Atmosphere is quiet. Full access to international TV programmes.
Breakfast is poor and breakast room is small.
The central location
The room was not perfectly clean. Though it was immediatly solved by the reception desk.
Very clean room, location, facilities, excellent cost/benefit, I really recomend
My room was so cold, the air system was not working very well and they changed me to a better room.
