health club facilities--nice pool and workout room with weight machines and free weights. Convenient to Recoleta. Good prices usually.
Many rooms are run down. Breakfast does not have healthy selections. Street turns very tacky in one direction.

Hotel staff very helpfull. The exellent location for my purpose and felt safe in the area. Taxi rank very near made it convenient and quick to get around.
The bathroom in my room was in need of a bit of paint and repair. Sealent around jacuzzi needs replacement.

Great location opposite the Recoleta Cemetary, surrounded by a dozen neat restaurants serving all kinds of foods. Also adjacent to some great but expensive shops. Great breakfast, great roof-top pool.
We were upgraded to a suite which was huge with a balcony overlooking the cemetery, but the rooms themselves desperately need work, carpets are stained, some windows have no window coverings, the huge Jacuzzi tub looked too dirty to use, so we just used it to shower. I'm sure the rooms are adequately cleaned but its just shabby; if we were in the standard room I had reserved I would consider the hotel too expensive given its shabbiness.
