I liked the location, very near Recoleta and the central part of the city.
the bedroom was very small for two people and the staff was not so friendly when we asked for a taxi in the front desk. they said was impossible to call one, because it was rainning. And we just needed a taxi, because was rainning!
Despite arriving late in the evening we were attended to promptly and our reservation was in order.
The room was rather small and there was minimal space to move between the beds and the cupboard.
The room is noisy
Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean but with very few amenities. It is a budget hotel, so this is expected. Location is excellent - on a quiet street, near upscale and bustling areas, and good restaurants.
Room was small - a bit too small for two people for 7 nights.
Very well located, close to good shopping and restaurants options.
Noisy (from neighbor rooms), lack of better room service (snacks, beverages). First time I had to ask for toilet paper (twice along my stay) in a hotel ...
Good location in non-touristy (but accessible) area. We figured out the local bus system so we could easily get anywhere. Breakfast was basic but good, juice, fruit salad, rolls, etc.. We booked a special rate with dinner included, meals were spaghetti (so-so), 2 nights of maybe a veal cutlet (good), and one night of pork chops (good). Lots of Spanish speaking tourists and business people in hotel. Bathroom was cleaned good and well stocked each day.
Hotel is budget, beds was not that great, rooms was a little old, and bathroom had no venation so it gets stuffy. Front desk staff is nice enough but prefered not to accommodate requests such as changing money to smaller denominations or for coins.
Not much. Its a cheap hotel with absolutely nothing worthty nor special. The front desk person was friendly and somewhat informative
the staff very good and friendly with english speaking too ! we had a good memorable time the service is exellent and will do anything to please and their local knowledge is good ,.the room was attended with clean bedding and towels and the fridge re stocked and bathroom cleaned daily the maid was lovely and curtious, breakfast was good and a nice selection of food fruit and drinks , the evening meals were good in general with a nice reception area and with internet use I can agree that the hotel is value for money and a good location for shopping and travel around Buenos Aires I will use it again on my next visit we had a very pleasant stay it has a nice atmosphere
the room did not have enough wardrobe space for our clothes even though we took little of them but we did manage ok ,the shower needed repair as it went everywhere and often fell off the bracket , the carpet was stained , the safe in the room would not open so I had to use the reception safe( this was probably through previous guest closing with their code ), the light over the bed was like a floodlight , but if i did not like it I could have gone for a 5 star hotel (my choice) at a higher cost and it served our purpose well
The staff was excellent and helped me in everyway possible! Safe area too!
Room smelled like smoke.
