Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The location, especially its proximity to the train station, was mentioned frequently, though opinions were mixed due to concerns about safety and noise in the surrounding area. Cleanliness received neutral feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean while others noted issues with bathrooms and bedding. Noise from nearby bars and street activity was a common complaint, as was a sense of insecurity outside the hotel. Overall, while service stood out positively, external factors like noise and safety affected the experience for many.
