Clean, friendly staff. Fun stay.
We learnt how to make capacinno!
On our trip in this Far North Queensland this is the best hotel we stayed at. The design of this two bederoom appartment was really good and it was very comfortable and functional. The value for money was excellent.
thought it was great value for money, clean and comfortable in a central location. Liked the 2 bedrooms and the Austar on the TV - got to watch a movie I had wanted to watch for a while. Thanks!
Budget accommodation close to the city, comfortable.
Fans would only work on fast and carparking was tight.
Convienence to the city and surrounds
The ceiling fans went on high speed that was really fast or really slow, room was abit grubby, fridge was dirty and the oven had finger marks on the door. One of the spare pillows smelt like someone else had used it.
King size bed was two singles pushed together WTF?? But otherwise was good.
The people on duty that weekend were very hospitable and friendly. The location was really good.
We did'nt like the noise of other guests during the night. Poor lighting in the room.
Nothing. Absolutely noting was to be liked about High Chaparral Motel. We've learned our lesson not to book online again. The price was not worth the accommodation. The bedding was changed one day before we left and honestly, we'd ask our money back if we could!
Everything was disliked. The people we dealt with, the smelly towels, the type of people living permanently in the holiday apartments. Nothing looked clean, nothing looked safe and we certainly won't go back there again. It ruined our holiday!
