Comfortable, well located hotel. Starbucks downstairs and full service restaurant and bar, small pool and hot tub
The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is conviently located downtown.
The staff is very friendly. The restaurants in the area were good too!
The reception was fantastic.
The mattress was uncomfortable.
Comfy, roomy barroom. The room was large too which was nice.
Upon check in, the front desk asked if we were interested in having the breakfast option. I declined thinking my family would be interested in going elsewhere. Not even 10 minutes later when I asked to change my rate to the breakfast option, the gentlemen at the front desk said that it was too late as we are already in house. I found that lousy customer service. I could have pushed it to the manager to see if they can but after a long day of travel I didn't have the patience to bother. They could've asked their manager for me. It was very annoying.
Excellent staff, clean, friendly, exceeded my expectations for service.
Helpful, accommodating, friendly.
The staff we wonderful. Helpful and kind. I had a great stay. Comfy clean beds. The higher you go the better the view. Ask for riverside at check in. Great downtown hotel. Walking distance to awesome restaurants and music venues. I really really love this hotel.
Pricey food and drinks
Bar felt least inviting
The staff was very helpful. All questions were answered promptly. Thanks.
We had some time to kill before a wedding dinner and hung out at your lounge. The server was pleasant and gave prompt service.
We did not like the fact that an additional $17 was added to our bill for parking. That should be free for guests or at least hide it in your rates so that customers think its free.
The staff is very friendly.
Good location. Comfortable room.
The proximity to the business and shopping that I needed to do.
The restaurant for lunch was expensive and not particularly good. The caesar salad was not fresh or presented well. The pizza was dry and tough Coffee in a mug at $3.50 was bitter. I would not use the restaurant again.
Location is great downtonw Calgary, staff is awsome.
Very nice hotel. Beautiful view from our room (16th floor). Very very friendly staff and concierge, helped us a lot with calls and bookings... Really great... Very well located, close to everything by foot. Free tea and coffee, free bottle of water, excellent business center, free access to internet...All the comfort once can wish. Very clam...After a long flight we had an excellent stay...
No all was perfect
I liked the staff very much, and the food at Elements (when it was open!) was excellent, and I was impressed by their committment to support local agriculture.
Yes. The location was difficult, and the amenities were not suited for a regular traveller...I would say business only. There are few restaurants in the vicinity that are mid-priced and everything within the hotel shuts down very early. Also, the "extra" charges were pretty ridiculous. $1.
Hotel had no water and I was moved to the Westin. Then on my second week the hotel did not have hot water in the morning. With the very high price of this hotel it is really sub par
