Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, and convenient location. However, there are frequent complaints about the value for price, with many feeling the rates are too high for the services and amenities provided. Service issues, such as slow check-in, understaffing, and inconsistent attention, are also mentioned. While some guests appreciate the cleanliness and certain amenities, the overall sentiment is mixed due to the perceived mismatch between cost and experience.
