Pros (+) Great housekeeping and front desk staff. Very good breakfast, awesome pool, especially for kids. We unfortunately had to make use of the hotel doctor, who was quite prompt, professional and helpful. Several of the front desk staff speak very good English and eager to help. Cons (-) Evening room service was very disappointing. Apart from breakfast, the restaurant was as well. There are very good restaurants very close by. I would recommend D'Toluca for Tex Mex and the Brazillian steak restaurant in the nearby mall.
