Staff polite and friendly. Dinner and breakfast were very good and service effficient.
Room 106 ground floor was near a front door and stairs so a little noisy.

Cleanliness of Hotel and good food. Availability of car parking and easy access to City Centre.
The first evening, there appeared to be a problem with the drains as there was a smell of sewerage in the dining room but this was not apparent on the second evening.
