Cons: I would have appreciated a hair dryer, a coffee maker and ice somewhere on the floor. This is not uncommon in luxury hotels, and it's annoying. I don't want to call room service for ice. Also, the room lacked a folder detailing the hotels offerings.

Cons: a bit isolated from things, was here for a wedding but really not close to transport or much else.

Cons: Food and beverage excellent. Would be nice if they had more vegan/vegetarian choices.

Cons: They charged $40 a night to park my car!!! It should be included or at least a lower set price!.. Also: bathroom vent was not working Gym facility needs updating too!

Cons: The hairs in and around the tub were so unpleasant, I spent about 15 minutes cleaning the tub before I could use it. Shampoo from dispenser does not lather. How many people touch those nasty things??? It also fell off the wall when i was trying to dispense shampoo. We were interrupted twice due to smoke complaints on our floor. We smelled it too. The kids next door screamed and ran around until about 11. But I booked this room JUST to get some peace and quiet while working on an important project for work. That didnt happen. If i knew the night would go like this I wouldnt have spent 200 dollars. Also, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and there is no extra blanket to be found anywhere in the room.

Cons: The express breakfast option was more limited than I had hoped but still more than satisfactory. The bathroom was also a little weirdly laid out. The door kept banging into the shower curtain rod, which made it somewhat uncomfortable to use the toilet

Cons: Art Bar had slow service -- I would recommend leaving the property to eat.

Cons: cold room, despite using the heat. mediocre bed and bedding, bizarre room layout.

Cons: I didn't like or expect the $30/day parking fee for a small lot with many obstructed or very tight spaces. The elevators were very slow, and one of the two didn't report which floor it was on, which was both comical and annoying. Breakfast was decent, but they seemed to constantly be out of regular coffee. The controls on the A/C unit in the room were non-functional. The unit worked, but we couldn't change the settings. The second bed in the room was a sofa bed, so our kid had to endure "the bar."

Cons: Very basic accommodations - staff was sometimes nice sometimes seemed to be indifferent- when we left we asked if she could call a cab and she did however the cab she called was unmarked he didn't help with bags and there was no meter and he charged us far more than it cost on the cab ride we got in our own. I only mention this because it seemed like this was someone she called all the time and I wouldn't recommend using them anymore. Seemed odd
