Excellent 10.0
Pros: great accommodations....great location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a great location with amazing views. You can walk to everything on the North End. Small enough that you get away from the city feel while still being in the middle of everything. It was nice having laundry facilities on the premise.
Cons: The breakfast is really disappointing. It does not meet the standards of the rest of the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I booked BYH for its proximity to Boston’s North End and was not disappointed. The harbor view room and deck gave us outstanding views! Having breakfast delivered was a treat that added to our relaxation.
Cons: We couldn’t find a switch to turn off the exterior deck lighting. We covered them so that we could sleep with the shades up. The large flag outside our room flapped most of the time. I now have an urge to buy a yacht.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The penthouse room, although a little small, had a wraparound deck that is unsurpassed! there’s a flight of stairs to reach the penthouse, but we had help with luggage from the staff. The location is walkable to North End restaurants as well as many historic sites. the Harbor Walk path is right outside the front door! Huge breakfast was ordered every day and brought to our room. I would definitely stay here again!!
Cons: Although we were told from the staff via phone that the water taxi was the chosen way of transportation from the airport, we found the water taxi to be unreliable and had to wait a long time for a ride. we think this may be due to reduced staff and Covid. Take a regular taxi or Uber to and from airport, until service picks up.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location on the water simply cannot be beat!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect…location, atmosphere, size of the hotel, rooms were high end and spacious, the decks huge and the views outstanding. Perfect place to stay for a week or a weekend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our room balcony overlooking the bay was awesome! Unfortunately we couldn’t have breakfast there due to rain, but the room was perfect for our anniversary trip. We were happy!
Cons: Handheld shower hook was too high to reach for a short woman. Hope they install another hook in the lower area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic staff. We stayed in the penthouse and it was very charming. Super comfortable bed. Beautiful views. The chef was amazing. Great breakfast
Cons: The only thing I would’ve like was the availability of brewed coffee. There is a keurig in the room and in the lobby downstairs. Otherwise everything was great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view hands down. The size of the room was way overboard for two us but we enjoyed the room to spread out.
Cons: Can't think of anything!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment that my wife and I arrived we were cordially greeted. Staff was very proactive with suggestions that would enhance our experiences. The staff was most courteous and professional. We were treated very well and our room had a tremendous view of Boston Harbor. All amenities were perfect!
Cons: n/a
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly and assisted us greatly with all our needs and requests. The breakfast room service was prompt and delicious and cleaning service excellent. The concierge helped us with a very last minute request for flowers for our small wedding event. He was extremely nice and accommodating. Loved the rooms and view. It was a beautiful setting by the harbor.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Outstanding location, staff and comfort.
Cons: Price was above market; possibly due to the specific weekend.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location and the staff
Cons: Room, not worth the money.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious room with view of the bay. Beds were extremely comfortable! Staff was fabulous! Lap pool and gym were exceptional
Cons: Not a thing. This is a great hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the room, to the staff, to the location. This place is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. In a time where customer service cannot be found, everyone was was over the top accommodating. The room was absolutely beautiful. With little details that you just don’t see anymore. Full mini bar, Nespresso maker, umbrellas, robes, toiletries and housekeeping everyday. I will be back!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Elegant and first class
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great location on Boston Harbor. Get a room with a harbor view and you can also see the airplanes take off and land at Logan Airport - fun to watch.
Cons: Food not that good. Afternoon Tea was disappointing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and atmosphere
Cons: Received a queen size not the king and there were issues with the minibar
Excellent 9.3
Pros: This was a great place
Cons: Nothing bad to say here

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous
Cons: I didn’t have any issues with the property
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Parking was expensive. Everything else was very nice. Great location
Cons: Parking and I did see folks without masks but I didn't see anyone enforcing it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good place to stay
Cons: Went there on a Monday to see a show at the Bank Pavilion. Walked around Boston, returned to the hotel at 3:30 (show at pavilion started at 5) and there was nothing around for a quick meal. Hotel has 2 restaurants, 1 closed at 11am, the other didn’t open until 5pm. Lots of restaurants nearby, but nothing really for a quick bite. Show got out close to midnight, nothing open anywhere to eat then either.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Top quallity
Excellent 8.0
Cons: paid parking ? should have been included
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location to the waterfront was fabulous!
Cons: It was a little pricey but paid it because of location.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Parking for hotel guests should be free or lot cheaper
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was convenient to what we wanted to do
Excellent 8.5
Located in the new Seaport District Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Views of Water. Very close to Silver Line for transportation throughout Boston. Walk to North End. They provide free bikes to explore. Newest Hotel with a great staff. Two restaurants with a cafe for coffee and sandwiches. Nice lobby. A great gym with Cybex, treadmills, Ellipticals, steam room and lap pool. Two waters daily, free WiFi, free shoe shine, very clean, free WSJ or USA today, Flat screen TV. And desk. comfortble bed. I would stay with family or business.
Excellent 10.0
I was shocked at how modern this hotel was, perhaps the most modern one I have ever been in. The TV in our room also doubled as a device that allowed us to go on the internet. The room was very clean as well, this is all in part due to the building being relatively new. The fitness center was modern as well, with helpful employees working there. Our hotel room also had a lovely view of the harbor. We only had one minor problem with the room service, when we called them to clean our room and they didn’t come. But aside from that minor Inconvenience, it was a beautiful hotel with plenty of accommodations. The Seaport is a very clean and comfortable hotel and our room was a good size. The staff are friendly and professional. This was our first time to Boston and the hotel is well located for bars and restaurants.
Excellent 10.0
Felt very comfortable at this location and complimentary breakfast was great. Nice to have both inside and outside patio seating available. Bathroom was very clean but no amenity there, we faces some problems, but it was fine.
Excellent 8.5
From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out we had nothing but a good experience in this hotel. The reception area was warm and welcoming. Check in very smooth indeed. We were told not to tip anyone as this had already been included in our room price. We did see some people trying to tip, but it was turned down. Our room was a very good size, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, small fridge, free water and newspaper every day. Refillable toiletries in the bathroom, which is so much better than loads of small plastic bottles being used and disposed of every day. TV and radio provided with plenty of channels/stations. Cleaning staff that actually do as you like! We usually leave the towels on the rails to indicate we are happy to use them again, and in lots of hotels they change them anyway. Here they only changed them when we left them on the floor. Restaurant Tamo was excellent. Did not eat in the Aura at breakfast time as they also had a small cafe for breakfast and lunch that we chose to use. Had a look around the gym and was made to feel very welcome indeed. When I manage to get fast enough to run the Boston marathon, and we return, I will definitely book this hotel again. The only things that would improve it for me would be a breakfast included package and peppermint/herbal tea to also be provided.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Staff was just very friendly and made us feel welcome. Location was very nice on the waterfront, many things to do walking distance.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We unexpectedly needed a hotel for one night in Boston. Went to Kayak for a solution and ended up in this luxury hotel for a very reasonable price right in downtown Boston just across the street from the Flower Show which was right where we wanted to go!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: "Full-service", with convenient tip-inclusive billing. This eases a minor business travel headache. Great location and facility.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: No heat
Good 7.1
Cons: The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed in advance. Had we known, we would have booked our stay at another hotel for our getaway
Excellent 8.8
Cons: I thought the rooms were small especially for a family of four.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great stay. Had an event at Seaport World Trade Center. Would stay again
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Everything was perfect! Great service, brunch was delicious! Gym was Great too.
Cons: We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location was good to see Boston & get to our cruise.
Cons: Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff , very hospitable.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, great staff, room was very quiet, and the amenities were great. I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend it to friends.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, room sizes and comfort/condition of hotel
Cons: Restaurants weren’t open long enough
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel location and convenience
Cons: location
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.
Excellent 9.7
Cons: Menu options and Room Service could be better (and available 24/7), instead of limited until 11 pm
Excellent 10.0
Great modern rooms with chic bathroom, great decor, comfortable bed, huge smart TV and most of all Whisper quiet air conditioner. The staff were all very friendly and helpful giving us lots of local tips. It has its own coffee shop and restaurant. Again, like the hotel itself is really good. The whole hotel has its own free WIFI which is always useful when on Holiday. If l was to be hyper picky the rooms would benefit from a fridge and bigger wardrobe and maybe a little bigger, but that’s it.The place has a great relaxing feel to it totally chilled and layed back. I would have no problem recommending this hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is super clean with without a doubt the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced.it is almost on the freedom trail and so close to the common it is in easy walk of Quincey market and both cheers pubs and all tourist stops are easily assessable by one of the tour bus at bottom of market .worth every penny
Cons: Ok to be picky no restaurant mostly coffee shops and food concession s but this encourages you to go further and Boston is easy to get about .ok bar is limited but what they do offer in very good but it's no pub .old fashioned. is outstanding but only few bottled beers no draft
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful room with an awesome mattress! Fancy hotel right in the heart of downtown. Definitely recommend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Chic hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent customer service.
Cons: It's hard to think of anything we didn't like
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great location, central to most attractions. Very polite and helpful staff
Cons: Ice machine was broken, but these things happen.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great ,location, layout, quality, and service. Our second stay here and we remain fans of this newer downtown hotel. Comfortable beds, quality fixture, terrific, huge Tv, fast wifi. Haven't tried the food. The bar was nice.
Cons: Jeez, the standard rooms are tiny with hard to access closet and no side table on one side of the bed. We were offered a larger room for another $40 and should have taken it!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Convenient, clean, very nice, sleek, efficient
Cons: Tight rooms for two travelers with large bags
Good 7.4
Pros: The Godfrey is very Modern, ideally located and the staff is super friendly. ( Except for the manager on duty when I checked in.)
Cons: Booked a two bedroom with a third party site, didn't have that option so I called up the hotel to see if there was an option. Was told to just mark in underspecial request and they would have it for me. When I checked in was given a small King size room and says that's what we booked. Told the manager who talked to us what happened and she says we never made the request. I pulled up the reservation on myphone and showed her the request, then she says its first come first serve basis. Only room left for the night was a $80 upgrade was a four class upgrade to a suite which was much bigger and had two TVs, so I took it, had no other option. Walked into the room and if that was a four class upgrade I would hate to see a regular room. Room was very small, only one TV. Don't get me wrong, hotel was very nice. Big screen TV,nice showers and towels, but felt very very very cheated. Along with the $52 for parking it was like spending $600 a night for a small room.......Really??
Good 6.2
Pros: The location
Cons: First room far to loud (trucks unloading / loading 5 am); second room not so loud, but still noisy. Strange inventory: No hooks to hang coats etc. Only one shelf for shirts in the wardrobe, no other furniture witgh drawers (underware etc.) half of the wardrobe full of ironong board. No hooks to hang bathrobe and bigger towels in the bathroom. small selection at breakfast, every day the same. Loud music allready at breakfast. No bowls for yoghurt and esreal to mix, except small plastic cups. All breakfast cups, spoons etc. plastic (lots of vaste) hardly any tables to eat breakfast (sofas. lounge chairs etc.) Over all feeling like a grown up youth hostel
Okay 4.5
Pros: Breakfast, decor, location, comfortable bed.
Cons: Waking up to a 45 degree room and being told that a refund was not possible. They did provide a space heater, but after a few hours it only raised the temperature to 49 degrees. No refund?! The Godfrey said I have to get the refund through the website. I expect a runaround.

Good 7.0
Pros: Liked the location.
Cons: No one to help with all our bags.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was amazing! So close to the train so it was easy to get around the city!
Cons: We almost ran out of toilet paper so maybe more frequent refills
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The entire hotel felt very new and clean, having a cafe on site was helpful
Cons: My husband had to leave for work before we checked out so I was there with my one year old and several bags. There were no luggage racks available and so I had to make several trips with the baby to get everything downstairs. Not the hotels problem but it would have been nice if I had received the help I asked for 🤷🏻‍♀️
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Cleanliness, spacious room, polite staff, valet parking, ease to get to wonderful restaurants in north end.
Cons: Air conditioner was noisy
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly staff. Spacious room. Proximity to MBTA. Short walk to North End resteraunts.
Cons: Hall carpets are tired.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was awesome and friendly! Great location. Pretty quiet. Good workout facility. Loved the security in the building. Locked front doors at night etc.
Cons: No breakfast. Coffee fixings in rooms need work. Powdered cream is just awful. Put those little cups in there. It makes a big difference.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to the Garden and the North End. New, clean, and everyone was friendly. Fitness center was well equipped, not crowded on a Sunday morning..
Cons: We were on the Zakim bridge side and could hear traffic below, but it wasn't too bad. We were on the 9th floor, and it might be louder on lower floors. Starbucks in the lobby for breakfast was OK, not great.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Not having free parking

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean, nice staff, good food
Cons: The location but that is my fault
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: View
Cons: The cleaning persons didn't replace our dirty glasses from the night prior, so I took them to the desk and they told me to take them to the restaurant for replacements. I am not employeed here, i shouldn't have had to bring them to the desk and now I have to go to the restaurant and wait for them! There was no apology from anyone either. The cleaning staff also left our dirt coffee cups and didn't replace the bath mat after taking it. The floor wasn't swept. We had spilt some chips on the floor the night before and when we returned the next afternoon the chip crumbs were still on the floor. All hotels I've stayed at in the past several years have had Microwaves and usb ports for charging phones, toothbrushs, razors, etc. While the hotel looks quite attractive, it infact is quite outdated.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The views are amazing
Cons: No fridge or microwave in room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to the airport and had a shuttle that dropped us off at the airline we were flying. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like.
Good 7.0
Cons: The beds were to hard. Pillows were good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view, the food.
Cons: Could not get the AC to work properly in the room, it got really hot at night
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Amazing breakfast Front desk staff provided us with a voucher due to a delay in our room being ready Very nice concierge and front desk staff
Cons: Our room was not ready in time, and they were (I think) short a duvet when they were preparing it, so they put two flat sheets on the comforter instead of a duvet. This was a minor annoyance.
Good 7.4
Pros: Outstanding views of Boston.
Cons: Very pricey. Clock could not be reset and almost made me late for a meeting. TV channels kept losing signal.
Okay 4.2
Pros: The location.
Cons: No microwave. No fridge. Peeling paint in bathroom. Wet carpet outside the bathroom causing an offensive aroma. Thankfully, it was a short trip. No redeeming value except its location.
Excellent 9.5
Spectacular views of Boston and Boston Harbor. Very comfortable rooms. The water taxi was the frosting on the cake.
Excellent 8.7
clean, convenient
Excellent 8.8
Pros: location close to airport and good view of harbor. Staff.
Cons: Anything other than sleeping and Wifi is expensive: Breakfast $25/person, parking $44/night. Room rate was fine, extra costs painful. Would not stay again, unless extra costs lowered.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The room and service were good in general.
Cons: No working desk was placed in room (the TV table has a surface and a chair but it is not comfortable to use as a working desk). Not enough outlets of electricity and USB were available to connect all of our phones, tablets and computers. The room is a bit overpriced for what it is. Place more vending and ice machines in every floor.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Excellent location for airport, lovely staff, Wonderful room.
Cons: The price
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice and convenient place for an overnight layover. Easy access to the airport on the hotel shuttle.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: If you want to be close to the airport and not break the bank, this is the place to stay. There's a free shuttle that runs rather frequently. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The room is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but for the price it's what I expected. I would definitely stay here again.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: clean hotel
Cons: Awful service. We were charged twice for one room and we are still waiting for the hotel to do something. Afyer they lasted about half an hour trying to find our reservation, they made a new one and charged twice after we stayed for only one night.
Good 7.7
Pros: Great staff, views, nice amenities. Nice alternative to downtown and Back Bay hotels.
Cons: Cabs to/from Back Bay, etc. can get pricey.
Good 6.2
Pros: Rooms were modern and clean. Views were great.
Cons: Parking situation was horrible. The cost was extremely high, and the process to get in and out of the parking lot was inefficient.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Extremely convenient to the airport and great shuttle service. Room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: Being extremely convenient to the airport, it was a hassle to get into town to do anything or eat anywhere other than the hotel.
Good 7.4
Pros: Great views of city and harbor. At the airport.
Cons: Very expensive. Restaurant is very pricey.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: View of airport and Boston Harbor Clean and comfortable
Cons: Expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We chose the Hyatt on the Boston Harbor in order to drop off our rental car before catching our plane early the next morning. It is very close to Logan. The timing was perfect and we got a restful night's sleep before departing the next day. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Clean everywhere. Staff is top notch and friendly.
Cons: You get the best but you pay for it too.
Good 7.7
Pros: The view from the hotel is beyond words. The staff was great and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds are comfy and cozy.
Cons: I was booked for a Thursday & Friday at $249. Then, found out I would be able to be there Wednesday evening too. I was charged $525 for Wednesday night. Thought the hotel would've charged me the same rate as the other 2 nights and was a bit disappointed that they didn't so that was a drawback
Good 7.3
Pros: Comfortable. Easy water taxi to downtown waterfront.
Cons: City bus and subway not easily available. Water taxi ok in good weather only. Few options on eating.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean. The standard I expected from Hilton.
Cons: none
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything,,the restaurant very attentive, prices were amazing very reasonable.
Cons: Upon arrival very welcoming. The cleaning staff very helpful. The room was amazing. Very clean
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room was big and bright, we had a good view with full privacy, we were close to the beach
Cons: When we booked this place, it was said that the breakfast was included but the hotel said it wasn’t and we had to pay for it, the pool was super small, and there wasn’t any good restaurants around
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I like the cleanliness of the room
Cons: Friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. I had to go to sleep early because I had an early fly and no noisy bothet me at all. The shutter service to the airport was on time and fast.
Good 7.0
Cons: No room service. Price line was high..
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was beautiful, location was convenient and the staff was extremely pleasant and professional! I traveled with friends for my birthday and the week was awesome!!! I would definitely return!
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Water pressure wasnt good in shower
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Breakfast was great
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very convenient access from terminals A and E by foot through covered bridges.
Cons: There was no security in the hotel. The easy access bridge from the airport brought people without control directly into the 2nd floor. There were people that were not guests in the hotel using the meeting area restrooms to wash themselves. Plus elevator access to the room floors was possibly without a room key.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly Staff I was traveling with my sister (the option above is not available)
Cons: Nothing
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: Room wa freezing when we arrived; turned up heat but wasn't getting warm so had to jack it up to 73 degrees before it started to feel warm. Forgot to turn it down before going to bed and woke up sweltering. Turned it down but couldn't go back to sleep then. Had to be up at 5 to catch our plane so was relying on the coffee maker in our room but it was broken and I kept having to hold the power button on for it to work. Ran out of time and wound up going downstairs to buy coffee instead. Toilet paper wasn't folded into points in the bathroom so concerned that the cleaning was either overlooked or not done thoroughly. Also, have never stayed at a Hilton that didn't have some sort of breakfast available. Very disappointing.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Beautiful hotel, especially that entrance and chandeliers. Modern, fresh, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Thanks!
Cons: Only disappointment was the lack of Hot tub in the Pool area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The restaurant's food was really good. We ate both a breakfast and evening meal. Superb! 'The staff at the check in/out desk was superb! We would definitely consider staying there again.
Cons: I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The hotel is located in my hometown of East Boston.. It's beautiful with a great staff and perfectly located for all my Boston needs.. if they can keep their rates affordable, I will make this place my home when I visit a few times a year.
Cons: N/A

Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Couldn’t adjust the room temperature, no bathroom fan so everything steamed up , shower leaked like crazy all over the floor, & charging for WiFi. . I’m paying $300 a night & they can’t provide free WiFi !!!??
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Booked a suite so the special bathtub for my birthday - a splurge but well deserved. However the hotel did not give me a room with the suite tub showed on booking.com / When I spoke to the staff they were indifferent & told me no rooms with those bathtubs have been opened since covid & that they’re not responsible for the pictures used on booking.com / I would have chose another hotel had I known I would be stuck with a regular old tub for $600+ a night. I would have hoped the staff offered something bring it was my birthday, had travels there specially for the tub & was turned down but not even a simple drink at the bar or FREE breakfast was given! So disappointed. I’ve been to other Marriotts & had a great experiences. This was not one of them
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location in Seaport, comfortable quiet room, very nice staff
Cons: Limited bar hours, breakfast brunch was ok
Excellent 8.0
Pros: What I don't like is all these questions, too many...place was fine, a little over priced and the parking sucked
Cons: parking
Good 7.0
Pros: Location. Comfy king bed pillow top.
Cons: Expensive valet charges.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing customer service, great stuff, everybody is kind and professional from start to finish, great room with amazing views! Swimming pool was also amazing, olympic size, my daughter enjoyed every single day, breakfast are buffets, delicious!!! Excellent price too and location the best of the best, thank you for having us, what an amazing stay!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Check-in staff was excellent. Lovely gentleman and helpful.
Good 7.1
Pros: Good location, friendly staff.
Cons: Room was really small. Bathroom was very tight. And the beds were not comfortable at all, which was surprising.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect. Great view of the Seaport and water. Neighborhood seemed safe and commercial. The concierge suggested a couple of in-the-know place to see in the area.
Cons: Parking was not included in my nightly rate. Parking around the hotel was somewhat difficult to find; was able to park in the street because of the holiday.
Good 7.4
Pros: Location
Cons: Exercise facilities were packed in mornings and hotel restaurants and bar closed early around 11 pm, even on weekend nights. Having stayed at other hotels in the area I would say the price was a little high for the accomodations but defintely not ridiculous.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Pool was closed but they offered the Seaport across the street.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was very helpful and the room was up to par. I would not hesitate to return.
Excellent 9.7
Cons: Parking. There was plenty available, however 64 dollars to park overnight is entirely too much.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great hotel
Cons: Wish a continental breakfast was included in price.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was on point. The early check in, house keeping, room service and friendly staff made my stay awesome and I will be staying here again most definitely when visiting from L.A.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel was nicely decorated in a nautical theme......a mix of modern and whimsical tht worked well, particularly in this location. Housekeeping staff and room service.......5 stars. The only problem we encountered occurred at check in......which was close to 3:00am. After flying all day we finally arrived,in the pouring rain. the parking attendant was so engrossed in watching a movie on his phone tht another employee had to bang on the glass......then actually open the door and tap him on the shoulder to get his attention. unlike other better hotels, he did not hold the door....or help us wth luggage and packages. We were exhausted. Unfortunately, his command of the language was almost nil. I spelled my last name (happens to b a common name) but he could not understand wht I was saying. He asked me to fill out my name info......next, they did not have the type of room we were promised. Again, communication was a HUGE problem.......at 3:00am !!! my daughter kept saying ........sofa bed........and King bed. The desk clerk kept saying no......no......no. I asked for the manager. They said.......no manager.......no supervisor. Finally, after much.....way too much conversation.......they gave us the room we were promised. an hour later, another desk clerk apologized for the mix up and offered us free wifi . From there on everything was good with a very few glitches.
Cons: Concierge not helpful. A few staff absolutely cannot communicate with virtually no command of the language. Bellmen were NOT helpful other than to get our car. They don't open doors.......don't help if you have packages........concierge also not real helpful. Gave us misinformation re trolley tours......not particularly friendly or helpful. Cleanliness, pleasant decor, overall good service and better prices......all good reasons to return. Housekeeping staff.......5 Stars!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: hotel and room was very nicely decorated.
Cons: wifi should be included for what a room costs
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent staff, a very comfortable room, and convenient to my conference at the Boston Seaport. The facility is very, very clean and modern. The bar was nice with a fireplace. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus.
Cons: The valet parking was quite expensive. Luckily, the bellman told me the garage was around the corner, and it saved me $11/day or more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nicely designed lobby and rooms. Service was great.
Cons: Everything in room item cost extra Cost of parking was high.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very historic. Walking distance from all major attractions. Beautiful accommodations.
Cons: Nothing really. I loved it all. A bit pricy, but that is to be expected.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location and uniqueness of the building. Observation deck was worth visiting.
Cons: The room and cost of room. For $340+ a night we expected a room with an AC that cooled the entire room and didn’t run 24/7 (it was loud). Room 204 was a split level so the open area “bedroom” was a loft. The loft area was 10+ degrees warmer and never cooled down, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Sleeping downstairs on the sofa was cooler but not a comfortable mattress. We raised concerns with the staff who could not change our room or correct the AC issue. An AC leak was reported and corrected, but didn’t fix the temperature upstairs.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My family & I were very pleased with our visit. The view is amazing & the location is excellent for getting to attractions. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Very comfortable beds, nice having small kitchenette. Will definitely stay here again - Loved it!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was excellent. Rooms comfortable & spacious. Delightful time! Would love to stay again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff was great, they had activities for those staying in and the price was high but considering everything that you get I think it's worth it.
Cons: Maybe having a complimentary breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Custom House during our recent family vacation to Boston. The location is ideal and the villas provided plenty of space for everyone. The observation deck was fun and we went up there several times during our stay. We would definitely return to the Custom House again.
Good 7.7
Pros: The location cannot be beat if you want to be close to Quincy Market/North End/Downtown. Also, all the rooms are suites with a spacious living space. This is also a historic building so be sure to browse the museum quality displays throughout the lobby and hallways. Don't miss the observation deck!!
Cons: Bathroom was tiny - I understand wanting to have access from bed and living rooms but that doesn't really work in a 'smaller than average' hotel bathroom. Take out the big dining table, change to a drop leaf and steal 6 feet to expand the bathroom. Btw, if you are a light sleeper, request a high floor.

Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic! For whatever reason the way in which the receptionist talked about it gave us the impression that it was included. Our server was kind and had great knowledge!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location!!! Friendly staff.
Cons: Ac not working well.. not a huge deal just warm/muggy in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved it all, little smaller than what I expected but all good. Loves the bed!!!!
Cons: Had some issues with our ac not being consistent but overall great experience
Good 6.0
Pros: well located, walking distance from main attractions even though not still outside of the activities
Cons: small rooms, cleaning services only on demand and not clear that it was the case at check in, parking offsite and no real natural lights in room. all in all good experience but too expensive for what it is!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were super polite, accommodating, helpful and simply uber pleasant!!
Cons: The rooms were not cleaned every day, but I truly think that it was due to us having more than one room for our large family
Excellent 10.0
Pros: great place! would stay again helpful staff
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Limited room service menu
Good 7.4
Pros: Location. Nice personne at the entrance. Very clean and original. Confort. Smell good everywhere. Loved our room.
Cons: The shower need to offer a better shower system. We were Frozen. Restaurant is more a fast food. À lot of choices in the menu in the elevator...many meal are not present in the menu in the restaurant. The girl didn’t have explanation. We had 4-5 mistakes in our order. No vegetable in our plate. Tones of fries, and your meat choice. Forget it for a romantic dîner a saturday night...
Excellent 9.4
Pros: nice pillows and pretty good mattress.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: The gym was a little small.
Okay 4.5
Pros: Valet guy. Drawing on room wall. N/A
Cons: Front desk staff - rude, unhelpful, not knowledgeable. Literally acted like cared zero shits about your hotel and your guests. Upon check-in they seemed upset, acting like our arrival was imposing on their evening. It was raining and we requested an umbrella, which meant she had to leave the counter, this had her huffing and puffing. No greeting upon entry, ever. Not accommodating, whosoever. Just poor, poor service.
Okay 5.4
Pros: We checked in, headed up to our room, and found a party going on in it. Upon reporting that to the front desk, they were completely confounded. They found another room (supposedly larger than the first) and gave us drink coupons for the inconvenience. No problem. The room was small. 6" between the end of the bed and the desk. But otherwise ok. So we headed down to the bar and ordered two dry martinis a tiny bit dirty. They were out of Stoli so the bartender gave us a premium Stoli. The drinks came back with so much olive brine that they were green. Not drinkable, so we decided to head out for dinner. Upon leaving the coupons we were told that they didn't apply to premium drinks. We suggested paying the difference (for undrinkable cocktails) and the bartender got an attitude and said "just forget it". Finally, upon leaving the next morning, the smallish elevator stopped on the next floor down and the housecleaner got on with her cart, a big garbage bag stuffed with laundry, and a huge gray garbage can on wheels. We were crammed into the back corner of the elevator with our bags. How strange!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: I loved the modern interior design and how friendly and helpful the staff was. My wife and I stayed at the Boxer for two nights for our mini-moon. We told the front desk staff that it was our honeymoon, and then about ten minutes later, a piece of red velvet cake and a bottle of champagne arrived at our door, completely on the house. We were very impressed.
Cons: My only complaint is that the rooms in the pictures from the website looked bigger than our actual room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly staff, old fashioned luxury with modern touches, amazing bed
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Fred!
Cons: I'm not too keen on the standup shower. Sometimes it's nice to soak in a tub while on vacay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Services was fantastic at this hotel. The room was ready right away, and my request for extra's in the room was honored. Ease of taxi service, and just across the street from the T and garden.
Good 7.4
Pros: Location, beds and pillows very comfortable. Clean except for under sink and mold in shower.
Cons: Room was extremely small, bairly ok for one person, VERY cramped for two.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was fantastic!! Front desk, bartenders, valet...everyone! Super personable and accommodating! I will remember most by name. Room was "loft-like", super cozy unique. Short walking distance to the water, aquarium, good bars and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location in center of city. Clean and well maintained. Unique and accentric feel.
Cons: Thin walls, could hear everything going on in the hallway. Hard pillows, my neck and head hurt so bad in the morning. Tiny rooms.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: I loved how nest and clean the room was. For two people the king bed room would be a bit crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful with each contact I had with them. . I enjoyed it immensely..
Cons: Only the size of the room. It would be tight for more than one person.
Good 7.3
Pros: Beautiful decor, great location
Cons: Room was too small, no proper door to bathroom, staff was unprofessional and immature.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was wonderful.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was very spacious we got a king suit so it had a full kitchen and living space with a pull out couch. Large windows let is a ton of light! Modern but still felt like a safe place to relax
Cons: Overall the place was great the only issue I had was that I think our room wasn't vBoston! Prior to our arrival. I had my 1 year old with us who was walking/crawling all around and he'd stand up and be covered in dog hair from a prior guest... I LOVE that it's pet friendly we have pets. However if we had an allergy this could have been a bigger issue rather than me just being mildly grossed out.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean and modern. The gym was bright and well maintained. Spacious room with a generous kitchen area - good for families. Breakfast had a good selection and the fresh brewed coffee was appreciated. Parking was more affordable than other options.
Cons: The large desk in the center of the room would be great for a business traveler but just took up space for us on vacation. The location was a bit off the beaten track but not a far drive from attractions.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Our room was very clean and modern. We had a king room with a kitchenette and it felt very spacious. Grab and go breakfast was good, much better than any of the ones I've had at hotels since covid started. It is very easy to make adjustments to your stay up until the day before. I had to adjust our stay by a day when our train got cancelled and could do so for free.
Cons: Only real issue I had was the location is kind of out of the way if you're in Boston for tourism. If you're there for something at the convention center, this would be a great place to stay location wise. If you are there to go around Boston, it is just a little more difficult. That was the only negative thing about staying here for us.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The area near to the airport and Parks, other facilities in the hotel.
Cons: I had request clean the room. Room cleaning wasn't everyday. The staff not speak spanish. I think must have bilingual staff from the front desk.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Just oj
Cons: Rom wasn’t cleaned for 2 days in a row
Good 6.0
Cons: Price
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Unfortunately we could only spend enough time to sleep and get ready to go again. Very comfortable, beautiful tv, and shower was top rated. Lovely hotel, clean & well kept. Breakfast was amazing and presented beautifully.
Cons: Parking fee of $25 unexpected--which was probably my fault for not researching.
Excellent 8.5
The hotel was really nice and had all the features you look for in a great hotel. Restaurants, bars, sitting areas, great views just to name a few that I enjoyed. Being such a large hotel it was sometimes difficult to get answers to some quick questions. You have to wait in line behind the people checking in. Possibly have someone to be a guide or just answer questions.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Nice location, comfy rooms, friendly staff. Easy to get into Boston downtown.
Cons: Parking situation was slightly difficult but the staff helped nicely.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The layout of the room was great and spacious. Having a full kitchen was cool, though we never used it. Having the pull out sleeper sofa was useful and comfortable. Also the tvs in the room were newer and had good picture and sound. The shower was nice and hot.
Cons: There are these little square seats that have castor wheels on the bottom for easy movement, but the wheels were broken off on a couple of them. While the water was hot the water pressure was lackluster. Lastly the switches to control the lights seemed to be wired incorrectly, we plaued with the switches and they seemed to control nothing or something across the room that didn't really make sense.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel and staff were great, very quick with following up the couple times we called down to the front desk. Area is quiet, very close to convention center. Room was spacious, easily accommodated the three of us. Easy walking access to wherever you could want to go.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good daily breakfast. Additional towels and room cleaning on request. Room was well appointed with the kitchen having all the necessary equipment.
Cons: Not all guests were following the Covid protocols.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is upscale and very comfortable. I had a full kitchen in my suite and an amazing view. When my wife needed something the staff was extremely accommodating.
Cons: Not a lot of restaurants nearby but hardly the hotels fault
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast was slim pickings, waffle mix was empty. But it was 30 minutes from the close of breakfast. 7-10 could have been a Lil later on a Saturday. The cook Mgr extremely nice and helpful, Even gave us directions and complete tour information, including parking because hotel wanted $50 PER NIGHT!!!
Cons: Price for a hotel at $389. Expected better pull out couch, keurig, better parking price. Jacuzzi closed and it was green. Not worth price. 2nd hotel Club Quarters blew it away, price, quality, coffee bar, location!! Better parking choices. I'll stay there. And they couldnt find my MARRIOT REWARD MEMBERSHIP #!!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was great, location was right by sites we wanted to visit
Cons: The whirlpool by the pool was out of service
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was great, very helpful staff.
Cons: The room was small for the price. The pool was much smaller than depicted.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Also the staff at breakfast were so very helpful, welcoming & frioendly.
Cons: Service. we had to ask for extra towels, pillows, dish washer detergent, tissues. The room was clean but not well provisioned.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The friendliness of the staff was awesome. The view from the room was amazing. We had the whole marina and even watched the USS Constitution shooting canons. You can also see the airplanes landing and leaving. If you write notes for the hotel, please call and verify. We brought our dogs and there was a miscommunication between booking.com and residence inn. They’ll give you a special magnet for your door to let people know that there dogs in there.
Cons: Parking on site is a hit and miss. Website says $50 for valet. When we got there we’re told that there were no more spaces. Thankfully right next to it there’s a small public parking for $32 a day if you don’t leave the space.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Comfortable. Staff very helpful
Cons: Seems to cater to high school and college athletic teams. This made breakfast a bit unruly. Plus, kids are very rambunctious upon their arrival and could be rude.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Easy walk from the hotel across the causeways to the Garden, so it was ideal since I was going to a Bruins game.
Cons: The parking situation was expensive, you could either do the valet service for $45 or park in the lot next to the hotel for $29
Excellent 8.0
Pros: nice spacious rooms

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location to airport.
Cons: Cost of parking.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Close to the airport and the breakfast super yummy
Cons: The second night we choose the same room and they never clean up it.🥲
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: the location of the hotel
Cons: The size of the room was the smallest room I have been in in an Embassy suites in 30 years. that is how long I have stayed in this chain. They advertised a happy hour and made to order breakfast, neither of which was available. When the lid to the sausage pan fell on the floor at breakfast, the worker picked it up and put it straight back on the food! There were a few of us standing there and we couldn't believe it. You can here people coming in and out of their rooms all day and night. You can here them talking. It was the worst Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious and clean 2-room suite with plenty of comfortable chairs. Also plenty of lights providing plenty of light, far more than most hotels and much appreciated. Covid restrictions were still in effect, so breakfast was constrained considerably. Under the circumstances it was as good as could be expected. The hotel provides a box for you to take your breakfast with you if you must get to the airport early. The hotel is across from a large city park and also is close to several excellent Italian restaurants in East Boston (one of the traditional Italian communities of the city). The hotel provides good shuttle service to and from the airport.
Cons: Not enough towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels in use, a minor inconvenience.
Good 7.9
Breakfast in a box
Excellent 9.1
Good room size and breakfast is included. Service are excellent n location is good.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Nice and clean, close to the airport, decent connections to downtown (depending on traffic in the tunnel), generally friendly staff, fine pool and fitness center. No airport noise.
Cons: Breakfast fine, better than budget hotels, but a little slacking relative to Embassy Suites standards. Same goes for daily manager receptions. Floor in breakfast room a little sticky from time to time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great breakfast and happy hour !
Excellent 8.5
Pros: The staff was amazing. From the bellboy to the reception staff, I found that they were all courteous, friendly and very genuinely helpful. Gaby, over in reception, deserves special praise for going out of her way to help two stranded women who had no food and could not speak English. She ensured that the women were given something to eat, and made sure they were settled into their rooms and were comfortable. I was there at the reception area and I saw all this happen. Amazing staff!
Cons: The room had a whining and loud air conditioner which made grinding noises through out the night. The result was a sleepless night and that was not a good start to a full day of business meetings. This was absolutely ridiculous!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was clean and breakfast was very good.
Cons: Price was high
Excellent 8.0
Pros: this hotel is somewhat close to the airport...
Cons: I found the hotel a bit dated and not in line with other Embassy Suites hotels we have stayed at
Good 7.7
Pros: Very close to T
Cons: Little decorations. Construction in dining area
Okay 4.2
Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Cons: One shuttle? Really? As expensive as this hotel is and with its position at Logan it should have two shuttles running simultaneously. Beware if you are a business traveler and have an early flight: it could be faster to walk to Terminal A. And don't ask the snarky guy at the front desk where the shuttle is. He'll just shrug his shoulders and offer to call you a cab. Waited 30 mins yesterday and without Sky Priority and PreCheck I would have missed my flight.
Good 7.4
Pros: Like the complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle
Cons: It's a bit overpriced, but hotels in Boston seem to be in general. Also it's not very convenient to the city center. About a 20 minute cab ride.
Good 6.2
Cons: I checked in at 2am and the fire alarm went off on my floor at 5 and lasted until about 6am and I had to leave at 8am. Not much sleep but did move my room after I requested it and discounted my 2nd night
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Easy access to airport and metro. About a 5 minute walk to metro thru a sports complex park. Downtown Boston 2 stops away. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of items.
Cons: Can't find anything to say.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Nearly everything; Especially the breakfast!
Cons: There was one shuttle driver who got into a shouting/honking match with a person directlng traffic at the airport. Extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. But that was just one driver. Others were fine.
Okay 5.7
Pros: location convenient shuttle to/from airport
Cons: roach on bathroom wall
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Embassy Suites at Logan was a very pleasant surprise. Everyone was very friendlyg and accomodating. Breakfast was very good and the airport shuttle drivers were very courteous and helpful. We arrived late after a long flight from Europe and the front desk was able to accomodate my request to switch from a king room to one with two beds which better suited our family. I would stay here again and thought it was an excellent value.
Good 7.7
Pros: Nice suite rooms. Great friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with omelets made to order. Their free shuttles are a great advantage also.
Cons: The location is literally across the street from the airport, but far from everything else. There is a close subway station and downtown is only a few stops away. The workout, pool/hot tub facilities are clean but outdated. They look like something you would find at a cheap gym. Also, i HATE that hotels still charge for WIFI, especially crappy WIFI. Are you joking? This place as two internet options, $14.99/day for slow and $9.99/day for really slow. It really is a joke.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfy King suite, great breakfast including the made-to-order omelets! The staff was very helpful. When my son knocked over his root beer and my beer, they replaced both free of charge. The chicken finger basket appetizer had a great pile of chicken - more than the two of us could eat, and our salads were big and delicious.
Cons: Bathroom light didn't light the shower area well. The dining area was a bit drafty. The chill could not have been too much air conditioning since it was December.
Good 6.5
Pros: Rate and friendly staff, especially valet and reception staff. The guy making omelets on Sunday was real nice.
Cons: This hotel, as it seems with most Hilton properties are run so inefficiently. The bright lights on always on in all public locations, rather than have them sensor controlled. Hilton needs to learn from their European hotels. Dirty glasses were not replaced during daily servicing. Poor insulating allowing noise from adjacent suites.
Okay 5.7
Cons: Even though it lists parking, it costs $35! Not worth it....
Good 7.6
Cons: Free WiFi should be regarded as an essential for all customers.

Good 7.0
Pros: Located near the airport with prompt and convenient shuttle service.
Cons: Room was dated. Price was high.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I had a very early flight the following morning and wanted to be as close to the airport as possible. This was perfect.
Cons: It was stated in the description that you are directly connect to two of the terminals at Logan. Maybe you could also say what each of these terminals are for, such as "International", or "United".
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I liked the service in the restaurant "Connolly's" Robert the bartender was very calm, cool and collected yet he was extremely busy. He was very kind.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I loved the room and the view of the skyline was breath taken. We also utilised the gym which was very nice. The staff were basically friendly, the late afternoon shuttle driver was very nice and accommodating. Over all I enjoyed my stay and would return.
Cons: Taking the shuttle 6:15am to the airport on 9/11, the driver didn't announce the terminals as he pulled in. My daughter and I were at the back of the shuttle, she was going to Delta and I was going to Jet Blue, if it were not for the other passengers she would have missed her Delta stop. I was the last passenger with 3 suitcases and instead of the driver pulling in at the Jet Blue curb side, he stopped two lanes over were arriving passengers are picked up and I had to struggle with my 3 bags across two lanes with no assistance. That was the worst service ever. I'm 66yrs old, he could have taken me to the curb of the departure gate. His laziness or lack of concern was totally unacceptable. Also for the rates you charge it should include complimentary breakfast, food prices are way too high.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Front Desk Staff, Shuttle Driver, Valet Parking Staff and Bar Tenders were very professional and helpful and kind.
Cons: Better Cable Service that includes Netflix. Very poor selection for the price and high standards of the Hilton. I did hope for a slightly more comfortable bed as well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Unbeatable proximity to airport/car rental in a beautiful hotel with outstanding views of airport and city. Dinner dining was delicious ( best cod and chips in a very long time) with VERY helpful friendly staff. With some time to kill we chose the property for the indoor pool- a great way to unwind after and before a flight.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: They were very kind and gave us a 2 pm courtesy late check out since we had a late flight
Cons: On the expensive side which I had been told about the Boston area
Excellent 10.0
Met all pur expectations
Mediocre 3.4
Pros: No
Cons: Bad service
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was able to check-in online and receive an "electronic key" on my phone, allowing me to completely bypass the front desk. The room was quite clean, and we were able to sleep like a dream on the bed. The major benefit was being able to walk to the terminal, and not wait for a shuttle bus. (My experience with shuttle buses at Logan is horrible!)
Cons: While being able to walk is a major "plus," it is still a bit of a walk, so a moving-walkway would be a big improvement.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Very convenient from terminals A and E via bridge.
Cons: There was no security in the hotel. There were people not staying in the hotel coming into the hotel from the bridge access and cleaning up in the restrooms near the meeting rooms. There was no requirement for access to the room floors with the room key.
Excellent 8.7
good experience. very convenient and accessible. rooms are very spacious and clean
Good 7.7
Pros: The only hotel that is truly connected to (physically within) Logan Airport. The ability to walk from the hotel directly into Terminal A, which is primarily for Delta (or E, which is for international flights) is exceptional. Less than 10 minutes without having to go outside. Easy access via Uber to excellent local restaurants. Hotel shuttle to the T’s Blue Line for easy subway access into Boston downtown.
Cons: The hotel rooms are getting a bit tired. Attention to detail could be better. We were on Floor 6. Ice machine did not work on Floors 6 or 5. Not inexpensive, but then again that can be said for Boston hotels generally.
Excellent 8.2
The room is large
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The people of the Logan Airport Hilton were excellent! The valets were very helpful as were The front desk people. Very clean room which is key!
Cons: Bed wasn’t comfortable and the room service meal was not worth the spend.
Excellent 10.0
just what we needed to complete our vacation
Good 7.7
Pros: Accesible from airport terminal and shuttle facilities
Cons: No closet in my bedroom
Excellent 8.5
Cons: Restaurant awful
Excellent 10.0
We spent one night here after arriving from Copenhagen. The staff at the front desk were most helpful and so was everyone at the Garden Inn. The breakfast was wonderful. Good spread, fantastic service. I am convinced that this is a good chain of hotels to stay at on our future trip. We are in fact at the Garden inn in Bangor, Maine right now. Clean and easily accessible from the airport. It did take a little longer than expected to get the shuttle to pick us up. We left in a hurry and forgot to pickup a pair of Jeans and Shirt. They found them and shipped them to us!
Good 6.5
Pros: Beds are comfortable. There is a chaise lounge that our 4yo likes to sleep on. They provide a crib.
Cons: The room was dirty. Visible stains on upholstery and carpet. It gets worse every time. Last time there was hair in the shower and on the toilet. Still, the convenience keeps us coming back.
Okay 4.2
Cons: Restaurant and café staff Very long wait for check in at 7 pm
Excellent 9.1
Cons: Only had decaf coffee pacs in the room. Bummer.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Food and bartender in Publik's was good.
Cons: The TV channels offered should be embarrassing to the Hilton chain. Basic channels and for the ALCS, you do not even carry baseball channels. I stayed here specifically to watch the series and to find that "no, we don't have that, just a few channels" was just aggravating. The front desk also told me you also have no movies in the room, "we have HBO but we can't tell you what is on it" and to have absolutely NO TV program guide, either in the room or at the desk is indefensible. I have had better at Red Roof Inn and Super 8's on the road. I urge others to find another hotel, despite the convenience...which is suspect as well. The shuttle took almost 30 minutes to get to the airport folks, due to traffic.
Good 7.4
Pros: Great front desk help, convenient right to the airport and great restaurant
Cons: Shower drain was awfully slow it was like taking a shower and bath at the same time
Good 6.2
Pros: Locatin.
Cons: They had difficulty finding my reservation. I waited for almost an hour for them to figure it out. No offer of assistance with luggage. No ice or tea supplies in room. Bathroom corners dirty. Some furnishings a bit shabby. Some wallpaper peeling. Needs renovating for charging such a high price.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Airport location
Cons: Food prices. Internal restraunts are very proud of their menus.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: convenience, access to terminals, nice and very comfortable room
Cons: expensive
Okay 5.4
Pros: I liked the bed. over priced for the room i recieved but i wqs flad to have somewhere to lay my head
Cons: the bathroom
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really like the restaurants handy on the property. And the snack station. The shuttle service to the car rental and the airport was great. Made it very convenient for us to return our car and leave for the airport closer to our flight time.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: location very close to airport
Cons: trash not emptied from previous guest in bathroom
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was very nice to walk right off the plane and into the hotel.
Cons: Someone starting slamming doors very early and woke me up. It's too bad either the doors don't close more quietly or the rooms were better insulated for sound. I wasn't bothered by the aircraft, just the inconsiderate guest or staff member who was making so much noise.
Good 6.0
Pros: Proximity to Logsn is excellent. Views were great!
Cons: Lack of restaurants, parking should be included.
Good 7.7
Pros: 24/7 shuttle service was excellent Bag check after having check out was convenient
Cons: No complimentary breakfast No complimentary Internet
Okay 4.2
Pros: Location was great
Cons: The line to check in was very long for 1030 on a sat night. We got a room that smelled like smoke covered up by cheap perfume. We called down to the front desk. After 15 min of no one calling back, we went downstairs, got another room and the key didn't work. We went down for a third time and finally got a room and the key worked!
Good 7.3
Pros: Very convenient for airport access
Cons: Hotel is dated Temperature control in the room and hallways was terrible
Good 7.3
Pros: Great view of the city skyline. Good airport location, although pricey.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Free shuttle service from and return to airport as well as to and from Metro Airport T stop
Cons: The food offered was quite good, but the cost seemed extremely high; thus unlike everything else about our stay, the food did not seem to be a good value for the money spent
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The shuttle was a great bonus for us. We were hungry, and so glad the restaurant at the hotel was open, with a variety of choices for children and adults. Kind waitress. Everything was great! Headed into the city next morning.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: great location for airport
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good locarion
Cons: No water bottle in the room No possible to have breakfast at package early morning
Okay 4.8
Pros: Airport shuttle service
Cons: The mattress were so high my six foot husband had trouble getting in and out of bed. It was a long night
Good 6.2
Pros: Staff were great, although seemed a little overwhelmed sometimes. shuttle service was great. Rooms were clean. well appointed laundry room. Nice lobby.
Cons: The restaurant is way overpriced and service was soooo slow. Rooms ac system was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Option for coffee outside the morning time did not exist.
Excellent 9.7
Nice place to stay, close to where we needed to be.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: I had and emergency and couldn’t go and they charged me they shouldn’t have charge me I didn’t use it
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Close to the airport for an early flight. Convenient parking.
Cons: No problems
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room reservation was awesome to be able to specify floor/view.
Cons: No breakfast included
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, although it would be convenient if the hotel provided more towels, soaps and shampoos. The staff was nice. We only stayed two nights. The hotel is a bit far from the city but near the airport. You need to take a taxi to move around. I recommend Ubers because yellow taxis are more expensive. Way too expensive for what the hotel is, but it was a last resort booking. This is a low four star hotel.
Good 6.8
Pros: Good location, shuttle from airport, good rooms, good restaurant
Cons: The wireless was SO bad it was completely unusable. Got NO work done. For a hotel that caters to the business traveler, that's a show-stopper.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great friendly staff. For example, they actually gave us milk for our child when our child was crying (most hotels make a fuss about this.) They even had a microwave to heat the milk, which many five star hotels lack!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The comfort correspondence to a price. Advantage was a shuttle and free WiFi. Easy communications with staff.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: convenient to airport restaurant was good /open reasonable hours shuttle to airport was invaluable / individual who drove was efficient and helpful
