Cons: Tight rooms for two travelers with large bags

Cons: Waking up to a 45 degree room and being told that a refund was not possible. They did provide a space heater, but after a few hours it only raised the temperature to 49 degrees. No refund?! The Godfrey said I have to get the refund through the website. I expect a runaround.

Cons: First room far to loud (trucks unloading / loading 5 am); second room not so loud, but still noisy. Strange inventory: No hooks to hang coats etc. Only one shelf for shirts in the wardrobe, no other furniture witgh drawers (underware etc.) half of the wardrobe full of ironong board. No hooks to hang bathrobe and bigger towels in the bathroom. small selection at breakfast, every day the same. Loud music allready at breakfast. No bowls for yoghurt and esreal to mix, except small plastic cups. All breakfast cups, spoons etc. plastic (lots of vaste) hardly any tables to eat breakfast (sofas. lounge chairs etc.) Over all feeling like a grown up youth hostel

Cons: Menu options and Room Service could be better (and available 24/7), instead of limited until 11 pm

Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.

Cons: Booked a two bedroom with a third party site,didn't have that option so I called up the hotel to see if there was an option. Was told to just mark in underspecial request and they would have it for me. When I checked in was given a small King size room and says that's what we booked. Told the manager who talked to us what happened and she says we never made the request. I pulled up the reservation on myphone and showed her the request, then she says its first come first serve basis. Only room left for the night was a $80 upgrade was a four class upgrade to a suite which was much bigger and had two TVs, so I took it, had no other option. Walked into the room and if that was a four class upgrade I would hate to see a regular room. Room was very small, only one TV. Don't get me wrong, hotel was very nice. Big screen TV,nice showers and towels, but felt very very very cheated. Along with the $52 for parking it was like spending $600 a night for a small room.......Really??

Cons: Offsite Valet Parking was $52 per day, raising the effective room rate cost by that amount. Bed was too soft to be comfortable for my taste. No onsite restaurant

Cons: Ice machine was broken, but these things happen.

Cons: Ok to be picky no restaurant mostly coffee shops and food concession s but this encourages you to go further and Boston is easy to get about .ok bar is limited but what they do offer in very good but it's no pub .old fashioned. is outstanding but only few bottled beers no draft

Cons: TV program transmission quality was spotty. Glass shower screen led to wet bathroom floor and soaking bath mats after every shower. Ice machine hard to locate and not on every floor.

Cons: Restaurants weren’t open long enough

Cons: They offer room service, but it's from the restaurant next door called Back Deck and the food wasn't just sub-par, it was bad. I ordered a burger that was burnt, it says it comes with french fries but it comes with dry, tasteless, potato wedges. We had our room upgraded to an executive suite, and it was still incredibly small. The staff is new and it is very obvious when you check in. They couldn't find where the card keys were or how to activate them which I would expect to be hotel staff 101. For as nice as the hotel is, there's a definitely a lack of professionalism in the lobby staff. And for whoever posted that there's a welcoming bar in the lobby, it hasn't even been opened yet, so....

Cons: Room was a fairly small. Dresser in the hall made for tight passage between the bedroom and the bathroom.

Cons: Jeez, the standard rooms are tiny with hard to access closet and no side table on one side of the bed. We were offered a larger room for another $40 and should have taken it!

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: Considering the cost of the 3 rooms (we had a family group of 9), I would expect a complimentary abbreviated breakfast offering. I walked down the street for coffee.

Cons: I can't say anything but great things .

Cons: The parking situation. For the cost of the hotel the parking should be majorly discounted if not free.

Cons: The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and was valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.

Cons: Was not told view from rooftop was only at night. Thought parking fee was high

Cons: There are few rooms for families, and the rooms are not clearly described when checking in. We were even told by our travel agent that the suites all had sleeping for four, which she emailed us after speaking with the hotel. That turns out to be untrue. Only a handful of the suites can accommodate more than two. In our second room (during a 2-night stay), our HVAC unit burnt out and the hotel did not volunteer to help us move to a new room. Once they agreed to give us a new room, we had to ask for help moving, and then again we had to ask for help to set up two roll-away beds. At least one staff person was rude for no apparent reason.

Cons: Unbelievably expensive rate for the property. They charged me more than the maximum stated on the door in the room!! And then I had a $35 parking fee on top! (You're captive due to the location, which can be tricky to access off Soldiers Field Rd if you're driving.) could not get the TV to work, or the in room phone! For the price everything should be perfect!

Cons: Over price for the room, no continental breakfast, area location was too busy ... Too expense hotel doesn't offer continatal breakfast for that price

Cons: 35 dollars for parking for one night. Hotel workers protesting at 7am woke us up. Staff unlocked our door and came in while we were still in bed.

Cons: The view was amazing of the city and the service was great.

Cons: Furniture in living room portion of room could use a good cleaning or update. It's a bit noisy, so if you like it very quiet, probably wouldn't work for you. Restaraunt menu selection is minimal also for the room service.

Cons: The iron in the room was pretty low quality and couMD donwith an upgrade. Also, it was much further from downtown Boston and publicensed transport than I thought It would be.

Cons: Service at this hotel was very inconsistent, the concierge seemed more worried able it moving luggage than wanting to help people in line with their questions since he basically ignored us. We also had a challenge with getting extra towels from housekeeping, we requested them and they said they would bring them but they never arrived prior to our check out time. We also asked some questions prior to our arrival and not all were answered in a timely manner.

Cons: Don't leave your car in valet for over the 24 hour period or you will be charged $27 for 1 1/2 hours over... Still don't understand the Math there!

Cons: Extremely dirty. Unclean pillows and mattress. Not washed bathrooms.

Cons: Bathroom was pretty small.

Cons: The heating unit in the room was noisy. The breakfast was skimpy; commercial granola bars, oranges, bananas, coffee from machine (all impersonal).

Cons: Our room was not very well kept. It was dusty, the bed hadn't been changed I believe, the sheets and pillow case was dirty and hairy, and the bathroom smelled like ciggaretes and was kind of dirty. the room was better than a motel so it wasn't the worst, just a little too pricey for the kind of quality you end up getting.

Cons: The elevators were slow and unreliable and there are apparently not stairs for use. There isn't a ton to do in the immediate area but you are only a couple minutes walk from a lot of the stuff you'd like to see.

Cons: The air exchange in my 11th floor room was intermittently noisy. I could not sleep. The staff put me in a different (and slightly larger) room the next day, but were not particularly apologetic. They seemed indifferent.

Cons: The bed was too firm. Had a hard wire around the edge of the mattress. No Iron, No Microwave, No Fridge. The shower was tiny.. really small. Not comfortable at all.

Cons: I didn't like that my room didn't have an ironing board & safe. In my opinion those two should be a no brainier & standard.

Cons: - Not the newest facility - could stand an upgrade for the carpeting, floors and bathroom - Communal iron and other in-room amenities takes some getting used to - Not recommended for families traveling with children as there's nothing for them to do on-site.

Cons: When I first arrived to check in the person checking me in said I had two reservations, for two rooms, one paid for one not. I was pretty freaked when I heard this because they asked me to pay again at the desk. I contacted Kayak and according to the nice lady from the company she took care of everything and she did it was not on my bill. My complaint is that it shouldnt have been an issue to begin with, how stupid was the guy at the front desk? Kayak has been good to me with reservations why was that an issue? I actually dont understand how that would have even happened to begin with. My other complaint is even though I KNOW there were several conventions in town that weekend, I was really upset that my friends at the Sheraton got to have an extended check out till 2pm when I KNOW almost EVERY Marriott I have stayed at before has extended check out, the book says they offered it and the lady on the phone said they did NOT offer it specifically because of the convention. I don't see it as far if a hotel attached to the same convention center with the same amount of people could have it and I could not. Especially since the Marriott was a far nicer establishment the hotel room I stayed in and hotel in general was far better kept and polished then the Sheraton. So that was my only true disappointment. Especially since I did not have to check out, I was all set and would just leave. I understand as my mother used to work for Marriott that the maids have to come in and clean asap before new people check in around 4. But still, that just...was odd. In a hotel that large usually they have maids for a lot longer so, I guess I am just missing something.

Cons: Noisy neighbors. Called front desk and they didn't seem to do anything.

Cons: Most hotels I stay in offer water & have it randomly placed around the hotel. There was none to be found here; including the gym. When we attempted to use the vending machine to buy some, only took $1.@@ or coins. We only had larger bills.

Cons: Elevators are a disaster, unless you love waiting. No free wifi in the rooms (what year is this????). No fridge in rooms (what year is this???)

Cons: There was an extremely faint electronic beeping noise that me and my husband heard every night falling asleep; nothing that prohibited us from falling asleep, but I will say that I noticed it each night as I was falling asleep. A little pricey, but warranted given the location; we also didn't pay for parking as we had a family member with a free garage spot at work across town.

Cons: The elevators! All weekend, I waited longer for elevators that I could get on than I did waiting for trains in the "T". On Sunday, after waiting nearly 25 minutes for an elevator that wasn't already jam-packed, I had to carry my luggage down six flights of stairs to the meeting room level to use the escalators (which were out of service). All in, an experience I would expect at a hotel charging half what Marriott did for this stay.

Cons: Have to get private parking, costed same as my stay at the hotel. waited for 1 hour and made 5 calls to get brushes.

Cons: Bathroom was not cleaned properly may be the product they used and did not finish wiping down because toilet cover and seat was sticky.

Cons: Water bottle in room cost $7.50. Elevators very slow on occasion. Very old TV system with limited HD channel selection.

Cons: Honestly, nothing. It was perfect!

Cons: The rooms and bathroom are very small, but the comfort and decor make up for the small spaces.

Cons: No wi-fi, walls were very thin and cleaning staff was loud in the hallways- they woke us up both days. Besides the women behind the counter, no other staff smiled... literally. The bellhop, valet, restaurant staff, etc. They all looked miserable. Very strange.

Cons: I found sleep very difficult due to the noise level throughout the first night of my stay, which was a Tuesday. Many drunk people coming to rooms late very loud in the hallway and then one couple in the room next to mine arguing until approximately 4am.

Cons: 1. They couldn't find my reservation when I checked in. I then said that I booked on Kayak.com. They kept looking so I had to find the reservation online and, turns out, the reservation was made through Booking.com. Only then could they find my reservation. Desk clerk seemed like he was on Prozac. Also, I booked a Standard room and I'm pretty sure I got a Petite room because it was about the size of my walk-in closet at home.
