Cons: Nothing . Wouldn't change a thing

Cons: The Parking, as you would expect, was expensive Bar not finished (Expected to be completed for Summer)

Cons: Airconditioning was not good. Several of our rooms had to request fans. Disappointed pool was closed the first day. That night saw a rat swimming in pool. I know price was based in reds of being in town but was pricey. Could have included breakfast at that price

Cons: Bathroom walls were slightly discolored, otherwise clean.

Cons: My door was right next to the exit door for the floor and I was woken up at 2AM three night in a row as a roust crowd came back from the bar closing.

Cons: I don't have any complaints.

Cons: No true lobby Room smelled musty Inconsistent quality of staff Has a free continental breakfast but nowhere to sit and eat

Cons: $45 for overnight parking was a bit much. Added to nightly cost blows the comparison of cost to other hotels.

Cons: I ordered a room with one King sized bed and got one with two Queens.

Cons: Rooms are poorly insulated from noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

Cons: Poor acoustics and therefore very noisy in hallways No option for heat even though the weather never got about 62 the week I I was there.

Cons: Busy fall weekend with Convention and Regatta. Verb clearly took advantage with charge with parking and taxes for one bedroom, nothing fancy, nostalgic hotel at OVER $750 FOR A SINGLE NIGHT! Quite outrageous opportunism.

Cons: The only down side to the stay was that it wasn't longer and the restaurant wasn't finished yet for us to try

Cons: -Breakfast is expensive (e.g. $4 cereal, 10 eggs and bacon) -parking is not included (unlimited valet for $40/night) -rooms are very expensive when the Red Sox have home game -wifi was "slow" most of the time

Cons: no in-house kitchen, but staff will order delivery for you. continental breakfast available in the lobby every morning. tons of food options (including convenience stores) in the immediate vicinity. if you're looking for big hotel type accommodations, not for you. very european-hotel feel.....i loved it here.

Cons: Not the hotel fault but Fenway was doing sound check at 6:30am which madecsleeping difficult.

Cons: The restaurant wasn't open yet, but was supposed to open in only a week from our stay. It's only a minor thing, but I wish the chair in the room had wheels on it.

Cons: There was Giant bottle of FIJI water sitting by the coffee machine labeled that it would cost $7.00 for each if consumed. Kind of annoying I wanted them the entire time but couldn't get over the price.... I can't pay $7 for water.

Cons: Valet parking very slow

Cons: The elevators were a bit small and we had to pass one up at times when there were more than a couple of people waiting or when they were full. The lobby was a bit small and was a bit of a bottleneck during and after check-in. The Precinct bar had a good energy and good drink selection but the food and desserts were just okay (we did not get a chance to try the restaurant). We wish there was a pool or hot tub, which would have been perfect for post-race recovery.

Cons: Better customer service

Cons: We booked three rooms at this hotel because there were 6 of us and we all booked the same type of room but they tried giving one couple in our party a smaller room, but they did fix it so that was good. Also, the refrigerator in our room was broken, but they also came and fixed that right away.

Cons: I recommend avoiding a room across the hall or adjacent to the communal bathrooms. They can be a bit noisy.

Cons: When I first arrived to check in the person checking me in said I had two reservations, for two rooms, one paid for one not. I was pretty freaked when I heard this because they asked me to pay again at the desk. I contacted Kayak and according to the nice lady from the company she took care of everything and she did it was not on my bill. My complaint is that it shouldnt have been an issue to begin with, how stupid was the guy at the front desk? Kayak has been good to me with reservations why was that an issue? I actually dont understand how that would have even happened to begin with. My other complaint is even though I KNOW there were several conventions in town that weekend, I was really upset that my friends at the Sheraton got to have an extended check out till 2pm when I KNOW almost EVERY Marriott I have stayed at before has extended check out, the book says they offered it and the lady on the phone said they did NOT offer it specifically because of the convention. I don't see it as far if a hotel attached to the same convention center with the same amount of people could have it and I could not. Especially since the Marriott was a far nicer establishment the hotel room I stayed in and hotel in general was far better kept and polished then the Sheraton. So that was my only true disappointment. Especially since I did not have to check out, I was all set and would just leave. I understand as my mother used to work for Marriott that the maids have to come in and clean asap before new people check in around 4. But still, that just...was odd. In a hotel that large usually they have maids for a lot longer so, I guess I am just missing something.

Cons: We arrived early and hotel did accommodate our luggage which was great. However, the front desk promised to call when our room was ready - promising by four p.m. I didn't think 4 pm is the standard check in time. When it was after 5pm and we hadn't been contacted, we took a chance and went back to hotel. Had to stand in a long line to finally get our room. Wasn't a good start for what was to be a well deserved RELAXING vacation.

Cons: I was very upset with the fact that my room had no internet access other than paying $13 to $17 a day. I am sure when I made my reservation through Kayak that in the description of the room it read that internet access was included. I called the concierge desk but they were of no help to me. As nice as my stay was, I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it. The elevators were a mess during my stay too. Everyone staying there was upset and complaining about the incredibly long wait times.

Cons: Elevators are a disaster, unless you love waiting. No free wifi in the rooms (what year is this????). No fridge in rooms (what year is this???)

Cons: Most hotels I stay in offer water & have it randomly placed around the hotel. There was none to be found here; including the gym. When we attempted to use the vending machine to buy some, only took $1.@@ or coins. We only had larger bills.

Cons: The elevators took an abnormally long time to arrive and go down. It sounds like they're working on that, and then they will be perfect!

Cons: I think the hotel feels too old.

Cons: There was an extremely faint electronic beeping noise that me and my husband heard every night falling asleep; nothing that prohibited us from falling asleep, but I will say that I noticed it each night as I was falling asleep. A little pricey, but warranted given the location; we also didn't pay for parking as we had a family member with a free garage spot at work across town.

Cons: The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and was valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.

Cons: The price!!!!

Cons: Considering the cost of the 3 rooms (we had a family group of 9), I would expect a complimentary abbreviated breakfast offering. I walked down the street for coffee.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: The parking situation. For the cost of the hotel the parking should be majorly discounted if not free.
