Pros: The atmosphere of the hotel was great and the hotel staff was very prompt and friendly. Beds, showers, towels and things were clean. The hotel is also in a great location!

Pros: Wifi fast and strong wioth no hoops to ump through, gym small but surprisingly well equipped, cowork space downstairs, coffee at cafe excellent (la colombe beans) + cafe staff delightful, overall this was a great find.
Cons: I recommend avoiding a room across the hall or adjacent to the communal bathrooms. They can be a bit noisy.

Pros: The restaurant is awesome. Great decor. But the price is too high, especially when there is no parking available. We had to pay 72$ more for parking for the weekend.

Pros: The room wasn't large but more than large enough for our needs. The shower was great, the room was newly decorated and furnished (great to have an updated hotel), we weren't disturbed by any outside noise and the location was perfect. Hotels aren't cheap in Boston but I thought this was a fair price for a nice hotel and I would stay there again. We stayed only one night.

Pros: The location was safe and convenient, and it was almost well priced for the area. The front desk staff was accommodating and helpful. The shower itself was excellent. I knew the room would be tiny, they did a good job alerting customers to this fact, and it was surprisingly well arranged. They used space well, with a couple of tweaks it would be superb for that size room. A refrigerator and safe in the room would be appreciated, also the console should have drawers in it as storage is at a premium. For daily storage requirements I removed the blankets from the only two drawers in the room and stored them on top of the hanger rack. This made the room liveable for a full week.
Cons: Housekeeping slacked off after I left a tip in the middle of the week for requested bedding change. Very disappointing, resulting in no more tips, and I always tip good housekeepers well. 2" bug in the room. Extremely soft mattresses, way too soft. The window was not in it's track when I arrived. It took two days for me to figure out why my room was so loud. I finally fixed that issue, but new windows would block loud street noise and go very far in making this hotel more comfortable to sleep in.

Pros: Very good location, I felt like bay back station was even shorter than 5 min away, bus is very close to Boston convention center, friendly staff.
Cons: The room key deactivated twice during my stay, I wasn't told why so not sure if glitch in the system or if I did something to it but the staff fixed it every time. Also like everybody says about this place small room vey small bathroom but worth it for the price and location.

Pros: Stayed overnight and although the room was "European chic" the bed was was a bit to hard, walls were thin could hear our neighbors all night, and the bathroom was nice but very small reminded me of a cruise boat bathroom. Staff was nice and friendly co actual parking but if you were lucky you could find parking out on the street if befor 6pm it's 2 hrs and after it's free until 8am Overall it's okay

I wish automatic housekeeping was included. We also had to wait for 15 minutes to check in after a very delayed flight due to computers auditing, which I understand but it was still terrible to have to add on additional time at 3am.

Pros: Location. Valets were terrific. Marlin specifically. Nice, clean lines. Large bathroom. Fridge is nice. Shower is very nice.
Cons: The overhead lighting in room is not great. Noticed this at other AC Hotels. Glasses were spotty and looked dirty.
