Cons: We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.

Cons: The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed in advance. Had we known, we would have booked our stay at another hotel for our getaway

Cons: Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.

Cons: I thought the rooms were small especially for a family of four.

Cons: Waking up to a 45 degree room and being told that a refund was not possible. They did provide a space heater, but after a few hours it only raised the temperature to 49 degrees. No refund?! The Godfrey said I have to get the refund through the website. I expect a runaround.

Cons: First room far to loud (trucks unloading / loading 5 am); second room not so loud, but still noisy. Strange inventory: No hooks to hang coats etc. Only one shelf for shirts in the wardrobe, no other furniture witgh drawers (underware etc.) half of the wardrobe full of ironong board. No hooks to hang bathrobe and bigger towels in the bathroom. small selection at breakfast, every day the same. Loud music allready at breakfast. No bowls for yoghurt and esreal to mix, except small plastic cups. All breakfast cups, spoons etc. plastic (lots of vaste) hardly any tables to eat breakfast (sofas. lounge chairs etc.) Over all feeling like a grown up youth hostel

Cons: Menu options and Room Service could be better (and available 24/7), instead of limited until 11 pm

Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.

Cons: Booked a two bedroom with a third party site,didn't have that option so I called up the hotel to see if there was an option. Was told to just mark in underspecial request and they would have it for me. When I checked in was given a small King size room and says that's what we booked. Told the manager who talked to us what happened and she says we never made the request. I pulled up the reservation on myphone and showed her the request, then she says its first come first serve basis. Only room left for the night was a $80 upgrade was a four class upgrade to a suite which was much bigger and had two TVs, so I took it, had no other option. Walked into the room and if that was a four class upgrade I would hate to see a regular room. Room was very small, only one TV. Don't get me wrong, hotel was very nice. Big screen TV,nice showers and towels, but felt very very very cheated. Along with the $52 for parking it was like spending $600 a night for a small room.......Really??

Cons: Ice machine was broken, but these things happen.

Cons: Ok to be picky no restaurant mostly coffee shops and food concession s but this encourages you to go further and Boston is easy to get about .ok bar is limited but what they do offer in very good but it's no pub .old fashioned. is outstanding but only few bottled beers no draft

Cons: TV program transmission quality was spotty. Glass shower screen led to wet bathroom floor and soaking bath mats after every shower. Ice machine hard to locate and not on every floor.

Cons: Restaurants weren’t open long enough

Cons: They offer room service, but it's from the restaurant next door called Back Deck and the food wasn't just sub-par, it was bad. I ordered a burger that was burnt, it says it comes with french fries but it comes with dry, tasteless, potato wedges. We had our room upgraded to an executive suite, and it was still incredibly small. The staff is new and it is very obvious when you check in. They couldn't find where the card keys were or how to activate them which I would expect to be hotel staff 101. For as nice as the hotel is, there's a definitely a lack of professionalism in the lobby staff. And for whoever posted that there's a welcoming bar in the lobby, it hasn't even been opened yet, so....

Cons: Room was a fairly small. Dresser in the hall made for tight passage between the bedroom and the bathroom.

Cons: Jeez, the standard rooms are tiny with hard to access closet and no side table on one side of the bed. We were offered a larger room for another $40 and should have taken it!

Cons: Offsite Valet Parking was $52 per day, raising the effective room rate cost by that amount. Bed was too soft to be comfortable for my taste. No onsite restaurant

Cons: City bus and subway not easily available. Water taxi ok in good weather only. Few options on eating.

Cons: Cabs to/from Back Bay, etc. can get pricey.

Cons: Being extremely convenient to the airport, it was a hassle to get into town to do anything or eat anywhere other than the hotel.

Cons: No mini bar. No Pool or jacuzzi.

Cons: Awful service. We were charged twice for one room and we are still waiting for the hotel to do something. Afyer they lasted about half an hour trying to find our reservation, they made a new one and charged twice after we stayed for only one night.

Cons: Waited for shuttle bus for 25 minutes when told it would be ten. Couldn't check in until 11:15 pm despite having reservation. Ugh. Staff did best to compensate with reduced rate on room, drink voucher and muffins for my 4:30 am departure. But still missed getting to sleep before early start next day.

Cons: Our room was not ready in time, and they were (I think) short a duvet when they were preparing it, so they put two flat sheets on the comforter instead of a duvet. This was a minor annoyance.

Cons: No microwave. No fridge. Peeling paint in bathroom. Wet carpet outside the bathroom causing an offensive aroma. Thankfully, it was a short trip. No redeeming value except its location.

Cons: Very pricey. Clock could not be reset and almost made me late for a meeting. TV channels kept losing signal.

Cons: I was booked for a Thursday & Friday at $249. Then, found out I would be able to be there Wednesday evening too. I was charged $525 for Wednesday night. Thought the hotel would've charged me the same rate as the other 2 nights and was a bit disappointed that they didn't so that was a drawback

Cons: I recommend avoiding a room across the hall or adjacent to the communal bathrooms. They can be a bit noisy.

Cons: No AC on a 90 degree day in June. Room was NOT clean and smelled. The carpet was not vacuumed and we have a 15 month old son. HUGE bugs crawling on floor. Paid over $550 for one night and check in was after 4! Really truly disgusting. Told the front desk and all they said was “sorry by you pre paid for the room” We come into Boston frequently - will absolutely never consider this an option in the future.

Cons: Slow elevators , maid service didn't provide basic necessities and ignored written request, staff not friendly - needed extra room key and was told to come back later due to limited number.

Cons: Elevators were a bit slow and got backed up during peak times of check-in and departure.

Cons: Insufficient soundproofing. Avoid avoid avoid 6th floor: that's where the pool is and kids are very loud when walking and running along the corridor. We couldn't check in at 3:30pm and the room was not ready until 4:30pm, half hour past the check in time of 4pm.

Cons: We could not use the outdoor area due to an event and we were not informed until we got there

Cons: I did not like that, $300 was held on my credit card for "incidentals" without any notice of this policy. Bad business!!!!!

Cons: Dirty windows on sliders to balcony spoiled the views.

Cons: I did not like the staff. Bad customer service and do not know how to handle problems in a professional manner. Need more ppl working the front desk, there was a wait to check in.

Cons: There were a couple of little bugs in my room but that's only a minor thing. Everything else was great.

Cons: The bed was surprisingly uncomfortable and uneven. Some of the towels were worn and the rooms were clean but not immaculate.

Cons: We had a four-night stay and had to get new room keys 6 times. Housekeeping did not come to our room the day after our arrival. There is no convenience store in hotel. Otherwise it was a great hotel.

Cons: Problems: 1) TVs are analog, which means there is no resolution at all. Very blurry. Like 1998 TVs. Shocking at a so-called 4-star hotel. 2) Air conditioners that are so loud it sounded like we had a 747 revving outside our room. We couldn't adjust the AC except to two temperatures: 68 and 74. 3) No mirror in the room. 4) No refrigerator or mini-bar in the room. 5) No blow dryer. 6) Waited 15 minutes for an elevator, then couldn't get on it was so crowded. 7) Rude, arrogant staff except for Serena, and the day GM, who tried to help but wasn't around to do much until it was too late. Don't stay here. There is so much better around!

Cons: The roof top bar was a joke. A lot of wanna-be's running around like they're in a reality TV show. I waited by the bar for 15 minutes and couldn't get a drink. I think it should be open to guests only. One street over is definitely the ghetto. Lots of run down buildings, not sure how bad it is but it just didnt seem like a "nice" place to go. Don't go wondering in the direction away from the common.

Cons: The only thing that was a little tough was being in the room next to the elevator cause we could hear it always

Cons: Didn't get my breakfast even though I put out my door hanger at 10pm.
