Cacun visit
The place was clean and nice. Pretty nice room and view, very centric. The stuff was nice over all and very helpful
They change the name of the hotel which took us a while to find, the parking was a bit too small but we found a spot. The ad said it came with breakfast but when arrived they said it didn't come with it

Stay Away
I liked leaving the hotel early the day after check-in and the thought of never returning!
1. I hour check-in. 2. Beds that are so hard you might as well sleep on the floor. 3. The paper thin walls that allow you to be a part of your neighbors conversation all night long. 4. The noise from outside the hotel that went on till 6:20am 5. Elevators that don't work 6 No real staff coordination

Hotel was clean, staff was nice but the breakfast wasn't that great plus I was mislead to believe u had beach access
Location. Since kystal is the sister hotel, all guest should have access to the beach without a price
