However, there are free parking spaces for those that arrive via car. Staff members can offer assistance in English and Spanish.

The hotel contains 155 guestrooms that are all smoke-free and arranged over six floors. The beds are made with premium bedding, and guests can expect a nightly turndown service. Plus, the rooms have 32" LCD televisions that are hooked up to cable channels and have DVD players. The stand-up showers have rainfall showerheads, and there are hairdryers provided.

Within walking distance of the Bel Air Collection Resort & Spa Cancun is Delfines Beach and the El Rey Ruins. Also nearby is the Maya Cancun Museum, Aquaworld, and Ballenas Beach. Less than 10 miles from the hotel property, guests will find the Cancun Interactive Aquarium, Ventura Park Cancun, and La Isla Shopping Center. Guests can easily reach the Cancun Convention Center and Forum Beach from the resort property as well.

Pros (+) The worse Hotel I’ve ever stood at. The Best western is 10 times better!
Cons (-) Everything, is false advertisement! I’ts horrible over all....everything is Old and falling apart. The bar & restaurants are very poorly stocked. It literally looks like a hotel that got stuck in the 80’s. Very abandoned! Elevator was terrible! This hotel shouldn’t even fall under an all inclusive resort! I wouldn’t even rate @ a half star hotel.

Pros (+) The extras to the room. They gave a bottle of champagne in room, cake and snacks delivered to room in evening at no extra charge. Greeted us with a cold beverage at checkin. The main resteraunt is nice, good food and prices and great service. the breakfast buffet is great, many choices.
Cons (-) Loud parties into the night both nights we were hoping for a quiet stay at the end our vacation. We booked a taxi for connecting with a tour we had prepurchased elsewhere. we told the bellboy the hotel name we needed to get to for our pickup, he suggested how long it would take by taxi to get there and confirmed our taxi pickup time, he seemed to understand. Pros (+) The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The beach, of course and the food was good as well.
Cons (-) I don't want to sound like I'm slamming this property, I'm not, we had an overall enjoyable stay. It is however a little tired and worn. At least half a dozen lounge chairs by the pool need to be replaced. The sewer smell sometimes comes through the drain in the bathroom. Our a/c became very noisy and was not fixed.
