Pros (+) The staff was all super nice. We arrived quite late one night and somehow missed the whole time-share spiel that people talk about. Front dest was super nice, and everyone was generally approachable. I didn't feel pressured into anything. It might help that I'm fluent in Spanish. Food was good. You can find Pizza if you're on a budget, else their buffets are pretty good. I got their mixed ceviche ...
