Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. Many reviews highlighted the spaciousness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff, especially in the restaurant and at reception. However, there were mixed comments about cleanliness and service, with some guests noting issues such as construction, outdated bathrooms, and inconsistent staff attitudes. The pool and hotel amenities were appreciated, though some found them limited or affected by ongoing work. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with notable strengths in location and room size, but could improve in cleanliness and service consistency.

Wonderful
James, Jan 2024
Beautiful and clean. Facility had a unique design that incorporated outside areas into garden paths and sitting rooms. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and spoke English. Not only was my check-in efficient, but they were able to answer all of my questions about the area, bus schedule, taxis, etc. They also offer bikes for 350 pesos a day. Will definitely be back.
