The facilities are really nice, good breakfast (should start at 7:00 instead 7:30), wonderful pools, the best hotel in Canoa Quebrada.
Mosquitos in the rooms are a problem, screens are needed. Never leave your windows open after 5:00pm! The hotel should have a shuttle to and from Broadway, the main street, for the arrival and departure of the guests. To get to the hotel you need to walk on dirty roads with your suitcases.

The owners were kind and generous people who take pride in their hotel; they were very helpful with directions and also prepared an amazing meal for us on our last night there.....only wish we had been able to stay longer!

Convienient to were we needed to be. Friendly staff.........need to make coffee available for when the customer wants it, not when they open for breakfast.
