Pros (+) The customer service was excellent.
Cons (-) My room was opposite the muster area for the cleaning staff. They were quite loud and made it impossible to sleep-in. The hotel is near a loud nightclub/etc... and this was also a detractor. Also, the hotel was under constant renovation... which contributed to noise disturbances. My room had a window view of an HVAC unit and a wall... and contributed to the feeling that the room/place was "sad" an...
