Cons: The room smelled like mold They send someone in to refresh it and it was a little better One day they didn't send the maids to clean it until 4pm when I called and complained

Pros: I loved everything about the hotel. Loved that every room had its own balcony and a view. Very comfortable and clean. My girls had a great time.
Cons: Not much negative things to say. Just at night occasionally a weird a/c noise but nothing that would keep you up. I'm just a light sleeper.

Pros: Nothing a very bad treatment and careless for customers then want to take advantage of reservations. I reserved for two people and when I was leaving they tried to charge me for my wife until I found my reservation and show it was made for two people. The rooms are not clean and the rooms do not have hot water until you discover how to handle the faucet in a way you need to spend time move slowly in order to get hot water. When you ask for help in the front desk they treat you as you committed a crime when you are paying for the services the offer and do not accomplish.

Pros: The location was very convenient during my stay due to the hotel being right in the middle between old town Cartagena and the airport. Short taxi ride.
Cons: The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattress is only 4 inches thick and the pillow was very hard. I woke up with a sore neck. Not recommended for a long stay. The parking situation is also a little weird. You take your car to the parking garage on an elevator (that’s fine). But then you have to come down on the same elevator, on foot with your suitcases through a back door into the reception to take the elevator to your floor. The back way was in parts tight due to pallets maybe being stored in the hall. Also through that hall is the back entrance to unfinished business offices. It was just a little bazaar.

Pros: Right across the beach which I loved. Next to a good cheap breakfast place towards the left. The shower was great and you can open the window from the room a little and can hear the waves. Everything is super modern and clean. The hotel isn’t far from the walled city. About 5 minutes in taxi. My husband even walked to the hotel from there. I stayed with my husband and one year old. We all loved it. Including the baby. You can see the beach from hallways as well and the staff is very nice and helpful and professional . I would definitely stay again. We stayed 3 nights. Also every time I asked for new towels they cAme right away
Cons: No pool and no free breakfast and no trash bin in the room but that’s not a big deal.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to the airport!
Cons: The credit card machine was not working (apparently, it happens quite often) and we had minimal COP left since it was our last night in Colombia. They wanted to charge us $50 more if we paid n USD. It was late at night, we had a very early flight the nest morning so a difficult situation and it took us 45 min to negotiate to finally pay only $20 dollar more than expected for 1 night only! Watch out!
