Cons (-) The fact that i woke up in the middle of the night because the aircon is not working properly. I already complained about the fact that it was hot but they only changed the filter and if I didn’t insisted to be moved to another room when it woke me up they are just okay about the complaint

Pros (+) Check in, buffet breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, next to SM City Mall, clean room and comfortable bed.
Cons (-) There were only two elevators and on at least one day, they were both malfunctioning or the guests using them did not know how to operate them using their room key cards. Lines trying to use them grew long.
