Cons (-) was staying in Golden Prince Hotel in Cebu. It was vey little blood only on the sheets, but the hotel initially asked me to pay 100 dollar  for the sheets as compensation for the property damage. I called other hotel regarding the matter and they told me not whatsoever charge for bleeding in the sheets.
