Price
Clientele was very shady. I believe there was illegal activity going on. A woman even came in that the desk agent said not to.

Actually I wasn't please! The first woman I had to deal with was very very rude and didn't give me my room! 2 hours after the check in time I went back and there was a different lady there that was very helpful!!

The linens were clean and a refrigerator and microwave was in the room.
It smelled of incense. Loud banging as carpeting in hotel was being replaced, and worker blocked stairwell.

Location. Staff was nice.
Improper maintenance. The cheap owner needs to put batteries in locks. Also my sheets smelled like armpit at the edge of the blanket - which implies someone tucked the edge into their pit. Maybe the sheets were washed, but I would venture to guess not.

Nothing.
The rooms had bed bugs and me and my fiancé got bitten up by the bugs. There was roaches in the rooms. The rooms smelled of cigarettes.
