Pros (+) I like the price of the hotel .
Cons (-) The staff was very unprofessional and rude . There were drug users staying in the hotel. The first room we was given was not clean and the staff did not want to give us fresh sheets.

Pros (+) Continental breakfast was solid - decent waffles, yogurt Lots of local newspapers around Brand-new mini fridge in the room (very nice amenity!) Good location, if you have a car.
Cons (-) Sensitive plumbing - toilet needed assistance & we mentioned it to the front desk at 8 am. Returning at 10:30 am after breakfast at Bob Evans, it hadn't been fixed, so we mentioned it again. The front-desk employee asked if we wanted a plunger. We declined and used the grotty public restroom off the lobby. Returning to our hotel at 9 pm, the toilet still hadn't been fixed. Pros (+) Room was clean and comfortable
Cons (-) breakfast was poor...nothing without sugar. Didn't even have any boiled eggs. Forced to eat Raisin Bran which has loads of sugar.
