Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, which is within walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff received mixed feedback, with some guests describing them as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, while others found them unhelpful or robotic. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few guests noted issues such as hair on beds or mildew. Many guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the amenities and services provided, with complaints about expensive parking, lack of included breakfast, and additional fees. Bed comfort was another common concern, with several guests finding the beds hard or uncomfortable. Overall, the location and some aspects of the service stood out as positives, while value for price and comfort could be improved.AI-Generated from customer reviews
