3.1 Poor
Pros:Nothing. This was terrible. The location was ok, but there's better deals in better locations if you book them before they sell out.
Cons:Don't stay here!! The room was disgusting; it's legitimately a health and safety concern. I think a lot of these high ratings must be fake, or for a different hotel. I've stayed at way cheaper hotels, and this was by far the worst place I've ever stayed at. For the price (or any price), there's lots of much nicer places in better locations. There were what looked like bodily fluids, blood, and other stains all over the bedding. There was a weird smell in the room, some sort of residue on the table, and the bottom of the tub was caving in but badly patched and covered with a bath mat; there was a bottle of tile cleaner left in the room but it obviously hadn't been used. We stayed in a double room and got back and saw how bad it was late in the evening, so we stayed in the less gross bed and asked for the room to be clean the next morning. They told us they wouldn't change out the bedding because we had already checked in. Finally, after talking to the front desk for a while, they agreed to give us new blankets if we changed them out ourselves; the storage area was also filthy and foul-smelling, which makes you question how clean even the new bedding is. We had to go to the front desk three times throughout the day (noon, 5pm, and 7pm) before they even replaced our towels or took out our trash, which is standard housekeeping. Also, while we were asking for help the last time, another couple came to the front desk complaining that they had been electrocuted trying to turn on one of their lamps, their other lamp didn't even work (this was their 2nd time asking for the lightbulb to be fixed), and the phone in their room wasn't even wired. We clearly weren't the only people having issues at this hotel.

9.1 Wonderful
Pros:My husband and I was there to lay my aunt to rest, so we only stayed one night. My husband forgot his wallet and personals in the room, and could not come back until the funeral was over. The women at the desk was so kind to check the room, which she found the wallet and personals, she put it in an envelope and waited until we came back from the funeral. If that was not hospitality! We were ever so grateful.
Cons:I should of checked everything, the bathroom door was hanging off the hinge, everything else was ok.

6.8 Okay
Pros:The grounds were excellent. The rooms maintained and the water pressure was good.
Cons:I found multiple insects in my room.
A
2.8 Poor
Pros:The view is nice. There is a lovely creek and marsh with a little pier you can walk out on. There was a ceiling fan in the room, which was nice, considering we had to air out the smell as much as we could.
Cons:Not given towels for the number of people staying, had to twist arms to get more, room reeked of something toxic and gave us all headaches, floor was dirty and had a weird trip hazard dividing the tile and wood flooring, making the beds uneven, fridge was mildewed with weeks' worth of standing water, as it had been turned off and not defrosted/cleaned, no closet, no hairdryer or iron (as advertised), beds were a queen and a full, not two queen (as advertised), beds tipped off of their platforms if you sat anywhere near the edge, service had to be pulled out of the front desk when we told them there was no hot water. All this was on top of just the normal "dirt and run down-ness" of a budget motel 1/3 the cost (rotting/rusted/moldy fixtures, bugs, dirty walls and doors, etc).
A
2.0 Poor
Cons:Staff was rude. Didn't know what they were doing. Kept blaming other staff for errors. Oh and there was a pile of toe nail clippings on the bedside table when we arrived.

Pros:Chrisanthia night manager was fantastic.
Cons:Bathroom needs updating and carpets cleaned
A
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Nothing was bad, nice staff, clean room, gorgeous view, many options at breakfast. Pleased with the overall experience. Wifi was consistent and fast.
Cons:Other guests were slightly rude at check in (as I was waiting in the lobby, standing back from the desk, waiting for the man in front of me to be helped, another man just walked in, looked at me, went straight to the desk and, interrupted the transaction ahead of me) management apologized immediately, and asked the man to wait. Also, no ice machine close to lobby. Right next to the Savannah HWY, but couldn't hear it in my room while sleeping. Again, nothing scary/unsafe/wrong, just a nice, local, budget motel.

7.1 Good
Pros:the price is great for the Charleston area.
Cons:Our room was dirty, the fabric on the chair was very dirty and worn. Dirt marks on door, baseboards, walls, Rooms are very worn out and need a new makeover.
A
3.4 Poor
Pros:The staff was nice. The landscaping was nice.
Cons:I didn't like all of the strange people sitting outside their room smoking. You pull up to go in and everyone outside their room would sit and smoke. Honestly it felt really creepy all the people that sits outside and stares at you. It's not smoke free when you have to keep walking by smokers. The motel appeared to be an extended stay. My room was very dirty under the bed and my av unit cover was off and looked very dirty and molding. I suggest management takes a look at how it makes their hotel look when you pull in at night and your place looks like a half way house.

7.4 Good
Pros:Quiet and comfortable even though there were a lot of people there that night. The AC worked great. Staff was pleasant and helpful; check in and out was easy and quick. I would stay here again.
Cons:The bathroom needs updated; commode/shower curtain/tub were a bit dingy and old, but the water pressure was fantastic! TV remote was missing, but they brought one to us when we asked. The key card had to be changed 2x before it finally worked. The Wi Fi did not work in our 2nd floor room. The breakfast was not good; food quality was very poor!
