Cons (-) No security camera in the parking lots. A car was broken into durning the night (June 4th or the 5th). I was checking out when a gentleman came in and asked if there were cameras...of course there were not.
Pros (+) Briana checked us in and we had a short and pleasant conversation. My husband and I were traveling with our dog back to Virginia after our wedding in Florida. A little after we checked in, Briana came to our door with treats and a nice note congratulating us on our marriage, as well as treats for our dog! Cons (-) Pros: Appreciated cleanliness and the beds were comfotable Cons: Either insulate walls or make elevator bell quiter. We were woken up several times in the night.
Pros (+) The room smelled clean and fresh. The bed linens were soft and mattress was super comfortable. Great customer service. Large breakfast buffet.
