Pros (+) Overall clean and equipped rooms, very friendly staff, nice facility, good distance to Charlotte (only 15 min drive).
Cons (-) Breakfast wasn't that great, ok on options but hot food was bland. A couple of stains on the carpet in our room but everything else was clean.
Pros (+) The friendly and professional staff were the most notable of the whole experience. Everyone was very friendly and making sure that you had everything you needed. Loved the whole experience!

Pros (+) Great staff and service--everyone was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was enjoyable. The location was very convenient and the area/neighborhood was peaceful, clean and serene.
Cons (-) There was a group of people on our floor that made a ton of noise one night as they came in and out of their rooms to visit each other across the hall. Honestly it felt like we were staying in a college dormitory. While I know that this is not necessarily the fault of the hotel, the noise carried heavily into our room during bedtime for our young son. It went on for an hour and was just miserable....

Pros (+) the staff is very friendly and helpful. the room exceeded expectation - bathroom is updated nicely and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't hear anything during my stay that would have kept me up. close proximity to uptown if that's what you are in town for.
