Overall cleanliness, friendly staff, better than average breakfast.
The driveway exit is quite steep. The driveway entrance was OK though and can be used as an exit. Chattanooga is located in the mountains. Even the downhills are uphill there.

Really comfortable stay for the money
One reason I picked this over others was the free hot breakfast. Day one was biscuits and gravey and bacon, day two was turkey sausage and cheese omlets. Every day they have 4 well working waffle makers. When you're going to be on the road all day a good breakfast really helps. The room was clean and cold (good AC). The bathroom and beds were clean. Every staff experience we had was great. The pool is well maintained and as a bonus, there are color changing LED lights that made for an interesting experience at night. We're from Ohio, with family who have family in this area. We're down relatively often, I believe this is where we will stay from now on. Great hotel.
The elevator could use a good tune up.
