Staff was nice
Everything was dirty.
Staff were helpful and tried their best
Roaches in bath room and rooms, very beaten up property. Staff did change the rooms twice, and were helpful but property needs some serious maintenance. Faucets very difficult to use. One room had strong cigarette smell. Years ago had stayed in a red roof inn in Pittsburgh and it was a much better experience which prompted us to choose again
Great value for a quick rest & breakfast
Breakfast (selections vary), great Access to highway, shopping and food options, clean rooms. Includes fridge and microwave.
Sluggish toilets, mild smoke odor, small decor imperfections like torn wallpaper. No coffee makers.
Among the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.
The room was nasty. Non-smoking room smelled like the smoke so bad that it made it hard to handle. The bed comforter had cigarette burn holes in them and appeared to be very old. There was a refrigerator in the room that didn't appear to work at all. The shower had part of the plumbing sticking out and appeared to have mold in the corners.
Great staff. Perfect
No DVD player, Ice machine was down
For the price it wasn't bad. Good location. It's a Red Rood Inn. You get what you pay for. For a tight budget this will do.
One or two nights max. Pillows were like paper and the towels were like sand paper. Good water pressure but the shower curtain was awful. Maybe a couple of more bucks could have gotten a better hotel. Maybe a couple of more bucks could have gotten a better hotel. Until the corporation starts to regulate their franchises and do some quality control a Red Rood Inn is always going to be a roll of the dice.
The staff was very helpful
There was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat
