Location was great, staff is friendly
The bathroom fan/vent was on during our entire stay. Even with the door closed, it was still made it difficult to sleep
This was a great value. By far the cheapest hotel I could find in Chicago (that didn’t seem murdery) and it was even better than expected! Spacious, clean rooms and a nice staff were there to greet us when we arrived. This was the perfect place to come back to after a long day!
The location was the only thing close to a downfall. Just not the most scenic surroundings. I LOVED being this close to Chinatown though. Would gladly Stay here again.
Big soaker tub was a pleasant surprise! Great location and parking.
Other guests were fairly loud but it didn't last long into the night.
It is an inexpensive hotel within walking distance of the Expo Center but you wouldn't want to walk there without protection. Rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable
The area is really ugly and dilapidated. There are no restaurants or shops within walking distance and the small cafe in the Hotel is inadequate for anything other than breakfast. Don't plan on doing much else besides sleeping at this place.
Was clean. Provided what I needed. Decent price for downtown Chicago area.
Rooms nice enough and it passed my bed bug check too!
The restaurant is closed for renovation, the cafe is closed Monday for breakfast. No tea at all in the hotel room or in fact anywhere in the hotel. Staff tried to help, but they were closed or out of everyone I needed.
the room was nice
the accomadations, the parking the restaurants, the lobby. the staff was not very accomadating, will not be staying here againt
Rooms were huge. Not one, but two bars attached to the hotel. Staff was quite friendly. Security guard posted in lobby. Complimentary parking offered with room.
Location is not very good. Looks nicer online than it actually is. Not thoroughly clean.
Free parking, huge bathtub, large room.
No breakfast, had a bathroom light not working.
