Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for consular visits, and highlighted the friendly and helpful staff as a major positive. Cleanliness and service were often mentioned positively. However, many guests found the beds to be uncomfortable and hard, and some noted that the rooms were small. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating it and others criticizing the quality and use of disposable items. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and welcoming atmosphere, but could improve bed comfort and breakfast experience.AI-Generated from customer reviews
