Pros:It is an ok hotel for a night or 2. The breakfast is ok. The consulate is about a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel. At least it does have wifi
Cons:Rooms are old Rooms are not very cleane, they have a weird unpleasant smell -not the best location - room service is not consistent - internet is not very good

Pros:We had 2 rooms with free breakfast included and when we had breakfast the lady at the check out charge us for the breakfast knowing that we had free breakfast..when I asked the front desk employee he said yes u do have free breakfast but the other girl at the registers would not refund the money to us.she said that we were confuse and that we didn't have any breakfast included. . She had already taken my cash and would not refund. . We will not stay at this hotel again the staff is dishonest, I was very disappointed with this situation because we always stay at this hotel and now they lost a customer.

Cons:El peor hotel en el que puedan estar, desde que uno llega se siente la mala vibra, el mal servicio, mal olor y la oscuridad. Cuando yo reserve online dice claramente que que incluia desayuno gratis, estando alli fui a desayunar el desayuno es un verdadero asco, incluye chicharrones y tortillas remojadas que segun se suponia que eran chilaquiles, lo chistoso que a medio desayuno empezaron a molestarme preguntandome que en que cuarto estaba para inmediatamente cobrarme, me dijeron que no estaba incluido el desayuno aunque les demostre que en mi recervacion decia que si. Aparte todo el hotel tiene un mal olor. Las sabanas estaban manchadas de sangre les dije que las cambiaran y me dijeron que estaban limpias. La peor experiencia de mi vida. Jamas regresare y no lo recomiendo para nada. Horrible lugar y el peor servicio
