Highly recommend this hotel. Room was a bit outdated, but still enjoyable, everything else was excellent.
Beautiful and very helpful staff. Felt very secure.
Pros (+) Did well given the COVID restrictions. Coffee was excellent
Cons (-) Would be nice to know in advance that alcohol cannot be ordered after 8 pm
Pros (+) The service personnel are friendly, professional and efficient. The food in the restaurant was delicious and bar service was top notch. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and linens. GREAT value too!
Cons (-) There are many medical groups in Guatemala doing wonderful service. We were among them. However, please request that they not wear scrubs into the restaurant. We know where those medical uniforms have been and they shouldn’t be around food.

Cons (-) Too close to the airport. You can hear the plane in your room. Some of the staff in the lobby are not friendly. The breakfast buffet was good but the service was poor.
