Horrible... Stains everywhere. Looked nothing like the pictures. Was afraid of coming home with bed bugs or something worse, so we turned in our keys and left.

Most guests were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Safety was a concern for several reviewers, who mentioned feeling insecure due to the condition of the property and the surrounding area. Service quality was also criticized, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff and poor communication. While a few guests noted that the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient, these positives were overshadowed by the many negative experiences. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations for cleanliness, safety, or service.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The front desk staff was great. Proximity to downtown was good. Neighborhood was interesting.
Cons (-) Everything else was not even rateable. Yes, it was that bad.
Pros (+) The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.
Cons (-) The hotel is not visually appealing at all. When we pulled up, I had to ensure the address was correct. Something was wrong with all of the doors down the hallway which led to you having to slam them for them to close. Imaging trying to sleep but hearing that all night. Finally, the breakfast was bread, packets of oatmeal, and cereal. I suppose you get what you paid for.
