Our final room
Staff were unforgiving in a my poor german, felt quite stupid and dismissed. 1st room was internal and very poor and so very noisy but that was the guests.

A nice hotel slap bang in the middle of the river promenade.

The staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was okay.
The hotel was old and did not have air conditioning, internet or phone service. We were given a skeleton key which we needed to use to lock and unlock the door even when we were in our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that is claustrophobic.
