The staff were all very courteous and helpful.
The place has great potential but it has not been updated at all. I was disappointed because it was not what I expected from the pictures online. Breakfast was not included as I was lead to believe and it wasn’t worth the money.
Older resort in definite need of repairs and upgrades.
Fire Pits, Corn Hole, Restaurants on site
Rooms were dated and unclean. Small pillows and beds. Door would not close without slamming. No working ice or vending machines. Staff peeping through window at 9:00am (check-out is 11:00) This is a low cost hotel for those with one goal in mind, party hard and pass out wherever you can find a spot. Comfort and cleanliness are not part of the equation.
It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was heated and had a poolside bar with a dj that had everyone having fun
Decent place to stay. Would stay again
Rooms were very clean. Could use some updating and repair but overall wasn’t a bad place to stay. Not a fabulous place but not a roach coach either. I would go back and stay again. Staff was great! Food was great, atmosphere was more of a party, fun area. But we, as three women had a great time.
Room wasn’t ready when we checked in by 4:30 but in season I expect this sometimes so we really didn’t have a problem with it. Staff made up for it with a room discount that we didn’t ask for. So this made up for the slight inconvenience.
run down ...door looked like someone tried to break in several times...TV reception poor.... no wash cloths in bathroom....smelled old....poor parking need room
Staff were friendly and helpful. Our tv wasn't working right. I called and someone came less then 5 minutes and fixed it. It has a very fun and relaxed vibe. We brought my 92 year old dad with us and at dinner the hostess (I wish I remembered her name) was great, helped us get him seated, spoke and joked with him and made sure he had everything he needed, refilled his coffee etc. Most servers ignore elderly customers or speak to them like they were a child.
The bar at Mambos, we noticed unless the customer was a young woman in a bikini getting served was almost impossible. Thankfully another bartender showed up and served people who were male or women over 25.
Hard to get room service / parking very crowded
We had 2 rooms and the keys to one of the rooms did not work. We hat to be switched to other rooms twice. One of the times the rooms was already being used! The facilities are in very bad state. The food at the restaurant as bland. The floor of the rooms felt dirty. Very bad experience.
Get what you pay for
The pool area was great for the kids and very secure. The property had a lot to offer, which was great so you weren't spending a lot of time in the room.
The room bathroom was disgusting. The front door was loose and not sealed, which did not help the fact that our A/C was broken. Had to contact guest services 3 times about the broken A/C when they finally moved us to a new room.
You where not in contract anymore
We got to the hotel, even though everything was and PAYED through KAYAK we didn't had a room. The hotel told us they weren't in contract with kayak anymore. So we payed and had to look for a different hotel. Last time I used kayak
I don't care
great place for a group
fun activities on site
The location is great: We could walk out of our room and right onto the beach. The two pools, including the one for kids, were huge plus.
It was a great location and price, but we did our best to ignore the grimy bathroom. Other reviewers are correct when they write that the hotel rooms need to be updated.
Localisatio directly on the beach.
Fitness center was empty. All the mchines were broken.
the rooms were old, small and bad maintained.
Central location in the Space Coast area
Very loud air conditioning systems
Rooms could be better, should go trough some renovation.
lots of fun stuff for the kids to do. good food and shops
Location, beach, friendly staff
First, the building is not that attractive (old paintings, badly kept), The room was not clean (carpet, armchair, table); the air conditioning extremely noisy, no blanket available, the hair dryer out of service, the phone destroyed, the electric plug off the wall,... Not worth the price I paid for !!! Worst accomodation ever experienced
Not a lot
Price for value, Small room,Small fridge, paint on floor where bathroom door had been painted blue, coffee machine didn't work properly, checkout staff were slow,I had credit card authorized night before and yet info not there in morning, yet 2 charges pending on credit card,I'm sorry but this room was not value for money. Rip Off

A dog park is also available just next to the resort that your pet will love.
If you like staying close to all the action, consider booking one of the cabanas at the resort, as they are in the center of all amenities such as the swimming pools, the game room, the fitness center, the different sports courts, as well as the spa and the food concessions. If you are after a quieter room, consider the surf side rooms, the lofts or the villas, all of which are also right by the beach.
