The restaurant was limited and service was a bit slow. The WiFi was slow and struggled with some surfing and streaming. Breakfast was not included in the room rate.
Service was phenomenal. The architecture of the building itself is beautiful, and the location is wonderful - convenient proximity to a lot of great dining and shopping
Very close/walking distance to MARTA station. The shuttle was very handy, running every 30 minutes/24 hrs. The drivers were very nice and helpful as well.
The room cleanliness needs improvement - due to our late check-in, had to ask for sanitizing wipes to clean the counters and all surfaces since housekeeping wouldn't be back until morning. Not a lot of dining options nearby, and when we wanted to order room service for breakfast we were told they couldn't deliver due to lack of staff, even though the menu offered room service during the breakfast hours.

Close to the airport
We arrived very later after a canceled flight to find out that the room we had reserved online was not available. It seemed there was only one person in the entire hotel that night who was responsible for all of its occupants. She was not able to find us another room anywhere in the area.
