Cons: Absurdly expensive daily rate. I guess we’re now supposed to pay three times the old fair rate to make up for COVID losses for rental car companies. Funny that airlines are not gouging that way at all.

Cons: The line to get cars was at least 30-49 customers. There were 5 reps working but for some reason 3 reps walked away leaving 2 reps. This was so unprofessional and everyone in line started complaining. After about 20 minutes one came back out which still all should of stayed to checkin the customers.

Cons: I was charged a drop fee (rented at ATL, dropped at STL as per the contract). The rental was not supposed to include a drop fee, but my credit card shows an almost $600 charge for what was supposed to be a $200 rental. I expect a refund of the drop fee. Thank you. -c.

Cons: It was very difficult to find the rental desk coming from outside the airport. Better signage or online instructions needed. Also, Enterprise would not honor my reservation without a major credit card on file. This should have been disclosed up front.

Cons: It would have been nice on drop offs if I could have used the restroom. Covid-19 restored not somebody's been driving for hours and he use the restroom and they would not let me in. The other issue is I think it could have been better than $21 a day. I had offers for $12 a day but decided to use Enterprise because of a drop off in Statesboro. Garage to be nice if you guys should do a triple a discount and I typically rent through hurts and they offer AAA. Freddy

Pros: I like the vehicle.Cons: I still have not got my refund for my deposit of $300.00 4 days after I returned the vehicle, and budget airlines does not have anyone I can speak to on this. So at this point, after calling over 6 times and not being able to get anyone, I’m going to escalate the hell out of this until budget Car Rental refunds me my deposit of $300.00.

Pros: nothing to like. horrible service, gross car, huge van instead of compact, so much wrong with this experience. at least we got a carseat we requested for the toddler, that's the only thing that didn't go absolutely wrong.Cons: I waited for 6.5 hours after my scheduled pickup time, exhausted after an international flight with my family (including a small child), and was eventually given a huge family van instead of the efficiency I requested. It had a gross muffin on the floor, and caramel or something gooey on the center console area. Staff was outrageously rude, and I wasn't the only one waiting for hours. It was such a nightmare. I've never had such a horrible experience with a rental car.

Pros: Tony from ATL office was super friendly.Cons: Car was not very clean at all. Also, we reserved a Jetta-type vehicle, but all they had for us was an 18 passenger van or a huge, gas guzzling pickup truck. Ok that's fine, obviously went with the truck (it was just my wife and I). A couple days into the rental, the car started having problems shifting and the dash would display text that said to put the car in park in order to start the engine, but the engine was already started. I spent over an hour calling different numbers trying to figure out how to switch the vehicle out and every time I was told to call a different number- it was a wild goose chase. Eventually someone from the ATL office informed me I had to drive it to the nearest airport to switch it out. This proved to be dangerous as the car took a minute to shift into gear as I tried to accelerate onto the freeway, but I got there and got a new car, which was of course, not clean (actually dirtier than the initial truck), but at least it got us where we needed to go.

Pros: The staff did their best given the terrible situation, however upper management should do a better job of making sure they are never in the position they were in.Cons: I booked a car in advance for 9am. It was the Monday after a holiday weekend, and somehow the location couldn’t give out any cars on time. They said it was due to covid. I waited 2 and a half hours for a car. I would have understood the situation if covid happened yesterday and you were trying to figure everything out. However, you have had over a year to figure out how to clean cars and get them to the clients. You have one job- renting out cars. And to inconvenience so many people traveling after a holiday weekend is beyond inconsiderate. On top of it all. Your app was still allowing people to reserve cars. In the two hours I was there, over 50 ppl were waiting in the lobby for cars, showing up believing they could get a car for their reserved time and then being told they had to wait one, then two, then up to three hours for a car. A gentleman next to me said that this has happened to him at numerous different hertz recently. I believe that offering the best customer service as you claim is providing transparency with customers and you failed to do so, and relied on the efficiency of your client facing staff to manage a situation that could have been avoided all together by corporate and upper level management caring about the customer and your staff. When you can’t provide cars, let people know. Tell them there are delays before they reserve. I can only imagine that you knew how many cars were reserved and needed to be cleaned in advanced, and I think you must have a way to guesstimate how many new reservations you get each day. Had I been in the middle of nowhere I would have understood the situation a little better. But we were at a major international airport. And hearing that you have cars that aren’t cleaned yet and I have to wait 2.5 (and others longer) to get the car I reserved in advance because you haven’t managed the situation properly is astounding. Please do better for all of the people who rely on you to see the people they love, get to their jobs on time, and to make traveling a little bit nicer for those who spend most of their time away from home. Situations like what happened yesterday shouldn’t be a problem from a company if your size and ability. I hope you pay your front line workers above average because they clearly deserve it. And I hope you learn to become more transparent on your app and with your customers when you can’t fulfill the demand you claim you can.

Do not have customers wait 45 minutes while you “Covid” clean the automobile. When “Covid” cleaning, try actually cleaning the inside of the car as well!!! Offer smoke free cars. That migraine did not feel good. List all optional drop off locations available at reservation time.

Pros: The fellow that gave us the car was impressive. He had a lot of people that weren't happy and he just kept taking care of people. The fellow that checked us in was also very cool and easy-going.Cons: I pre-paid ... PRE-PAID!!! ... for an economy or intermediate car. When I arrived, on time, they only had a pick-up truck. Now, it was nice, except there were no keys. So, after walking out to an unknown spot (I wasn't told where it was, only a general area and that it was the only pick-up truck out there that he thought was black.) and discovering that there were no keys, I went back inside. Fortunately, it didn't take me longer to get back inside, because there were now about 20 people in line. I interrupted the fellow at the desk who gave me the very last car available ... a 15-passenger van. It's almost midnight and we had an hour drive, so I took it. Here's the kicker ... what they fail to inform you of is that the 15-passenger van doesn't fit in the garage wen you try to return it. A Hertz employee has to drive it in through a back entrance, drive it around to the other side of the garage and then go up to the second (or third) floor. What I had to do was illegally park along the road by the Hertz exit (hazards flashing) and ask the employees how to return a vehicle that was too tall to enter the garage. Well, the first person told me to talk to another person and that person (after telling me that I surely didn't take the van out that way) had to radio to someone to meet me at the visitor's parking lot. This would have been extremely useful information, as we were trying to catch our flight. So, all in all, it took me a bit more than 30 minutes to return my vehicle at a location that I was unaware of until I started pushing people to find it for me. I couldn't fricking believe it. And, in case you were wondering, phone calls to the Hertz counter went unanswered. If you look on Yelp for reviews of Hertz in Atlanta, even the neighborhood sites, they have horrible reviews. Regardless of price, I won't be renting from Hertz in Atlanta again.

Pros: Price was great! Couldn’t beat it. $19 for 12 hours after taxes. $6 more bucks if you add the gas I used.Cons: To some extent understandable in this current environment, but waiting in line outside for 2.5 hours just to get the car that I reserved, very frustrating...especially since it was from 10pm -12:30am. On the other end, Drop off was too easy. Just a shame the pickup process was awful, despite the three man crew they had on hand for 15 folks in line.

Pros: Car was SUPER CLEAN. Rental rate was good.Cons: Waiting time at Atlanta Airport is always TOO LONG. I've rented from Sixt several times at the Atlanta Airport. In every instance the Sixt line is always MUCH longer and slower moving than the other rental car companies (i.e., Hertz, Budget, etc). As I stand in the Sixt line looking at the other rental car company lines moving much faster, I find myself thinking "Is the money I'm saving with a cheaper Sixt rental rate really worth the amount of money I'm losing by standing in a line 2xs or 3xs longer and/or slower than the other companies???"

Cons: While the agents were doing the best with what they had, there were over 20 of us waiting for cars at 9am on Monday 4/5/21. They only had two terminals to work from. Three different people came by to apologize. One gentleman offered everyone water. It took me 45 minutes to get the car. 40 in line and 5 or so with the agent. The car was clean, but REEKED of weed!

Pros: The staff was friendly at first until she stated the vehicle size I purchased weren't returned yet. Normally when a rental company is at fault you receive a updrade but no. I had the option to wait a hour to hour and half or more for full-size car to be returned. Then when I took the option to get smaller car my price difference wasn't given then. I was charged the peice for full size and she would send email to manager for them to try and give price credit. As of now I still haven't received email stating what that refund will be or when given.Cons: The car smelled first like cigarettes and later as the day grew it smelled like weed. That smell didn't leave the vehicle the entire time I rented it.

Pros: The staff was friendly and the drop off was very simple.Cons: It was very difficult to find the kiosk, and the wait was very long. The car was dirty inside and smelled VERY strongly of smoke. I bought air fresheners and rode with the windows down a lot. The tires were not balanced -- the passenger side were both over 36 and the driver side were at 28/27. I had to put air in the tires twice while I had it.

Cons: I reserved a car online and when it was time to pick up the car, the rep at the counter told me I had reserved the car when there was a "glitch in the system" because there were no cars actually available. Pros: Car was fineCons: Car had way too much scent, as though they were trying to cover something up. Also the real difficulty I had was I arrived at the counter and no one was there. No sign that said "Will be back in X minutes." Just nothing. The counter beside me (diff company) said "Stay in line, they will be here."

This was the worst experience I’ve ever hadCons: It took 4 hours to find my rental car and a trip to another hertz. They wasted the first day of my short vacation. The people who worked there were incredibly rude. And made the situation much more unbearable. Also ended up paying an extra insurance because apparently they didn’t take the insurance i paid online. It was a waste of money.

Didn't even pick up the carCons: They had my flight information ahead of time. I called them to let them know plane flight was delayed (by ~30-45min)- no one even picked up the phone. Went onto the flight thinking, "They wouldn't have asked for my flight number if this wasn't a problem they were used to having to deal with." Finally showed up at Atlanta Airport's Rental Car Center to a closed booth. Another rental company was open and happy to take my money. Never again Ace.
