I was having a TERRIBLE experience with SouthWest after a 3 1/2 hour delay in chicago that caused me to miss my connecting flight and left me stranded in Atlanta with no help from the airline who had me stuck there for an additional 10 hour delay (a mere two hours away from home) with nowhere to stay for the night. Kame saw that I was struggling emotionally while standing in line for a rental and asked if I needed help. I explained I had been traveling since 1am (it was 8pm) and was 2 hours away from home but none of the car rentals were doing one way, so Kame helped me get a car so I could finally get home at 1am the next day rather than 4am or later.Reviewed 2022 Jul 11

I wish Avis hadn't insisted that I had agreed with the insurance and that there was nothing that could be done to change it when I was at the counter. There were a lot of things the woman helping me couldn't be helpful about.Reviewed 2022 Jun 03

We had to wait two hours in the line at 9:45 PM to pick up the car we already had a reservation for, and they were no self-service kiosk. When we got in the car the service light was on.Reviewed 2022 May 23
