They did not have the car I reserved and wouldn't offer a free upgrade for another car. They said I could wait 2 hours or pay more for a car. They clearly don't understand the concept of a reservation. The car I paid to be upgraded to was clean, but the tank wasn't full. They didn't come to look at the car with me, just handed me the keys and told me where it was in the poorly lit parking deck. When dropping it off after hours at my destination, the instructions weren't clear and at the key drop the sign said that the customer is responsible for any damages that occur in the parking lot until they open the next day. It would have been nice to know that ahead of making that arrangement. The car drove well.Reviewed 2026 Jun 08
