Pros:I like the vehicle.Cons:I still have not got my refund for my deposit of $300.00 4 days after I returned the vehicle, and budget airlines does not have anyone I can speak to on this. Pros:nothing to like. horrible service, gross car, huge van instead of compact, so much wrong with this experience. at least we got a carseat we requested for the toddler, that's the only thing that didn't go absolutely wrong.Cons:I waited for 6.5 hours after my scheduled pickup time, exhausted after an international flight with my family (including a small child), and was eventually given a huge family van instead of the efficiency I requested. It had a gross muffin on the floor, and caramel or something gooey on the center console area. Staff was outrageously rude, and I wasn't the only one waiting for hours. It was such a nightmare. Cons:There was a lack of respect for social distancing and mask etiquette on both sides (pick up and drop off). They also surprised me with unexpected fees with no one working in the central office on the weekend to answer my calls and rectify.Reviewed 2021 Jan 11
