Cons: Arrived 1 he early only to be put through the bullshit up sell. Sent to back of line. Watched another customer who was 10 minutes early have to wait. First and last time. Whoever gets this right will earn my business First and last time trying them
Cons: While the agents were doing the best with what they had, there were over 20 of us waiting for cars at 9am on Monday 4/5/21. They only had two terminals to work from. Three different people came by to apologize. One gentleman offered everyone water. It took me 45 minutes to get the car. 40 in line and 5 or so with the agent. The car was clean, but REEKED of weed!
Pros: I liked the car and the price we paid. However, when we picked the car up it was before 11:30pm and I did not like going to the garage to do business. It was backed up and that is not the place to wait with four other people in front of you in the cold. Also, I needed to contact you and could not. There was a voice mail that said use email.
Cons: The attendant was very nice and cheerful however doing paperwork in a cold garage just made the experience one you don't want to repeat.

Cons: Maybe have the vehicle that I requested weeks in advance at the location when I arrive. But like all other reviewers have said that’s there game. Get you there and you have to pay hundreds more to upgrade or only get $20 off to downgrade!
Cons: I opted into an upgrade at the ATL airport. Pickup was great friendly staff BUT the attendant sold me an upgrade and overcharged me after I told him my max price. Also when I wanted to discuss at drop off the agent was more interested in playing a game on her phone than helping me! Don’t rent here.
Pros: The staff at the drop off was extremely helpful and friendly. The easiest drop off that I've ever had.
Cons: A Toyota Camy is not what I wanted, but it was substituted for a Chrysler 300 that I had specified. The 300 is a full sized vehicle, and I specifically wanted a full sized vehicle for the room. I have owned a Camry, and it is not a full sized vehicle even though that's what it is considered by the rental car agency. We had five people - one with a car seat - and they were not comfortable. It would have been another $100 to upgrade to "premium", and we were going to drive the car very little. A bit disappointed...
